      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a Judith Ripka bracelet early Tuesday morning and paid the extra postage to have it delivered the next day. &amp;nbsp;As of today, Thursday morning, it is still In Process. &amp;nbsp;I spoke to 3 different CS reps and got 3 different stories: you'll get it sweetheart, it's on its way, and it takes time! &amp;nbsp;So, I guess it gets here when it gets here. &amp;nbsp;One nice young man said QVC will refund the shipping. &amp;nbsp;Sigh....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OF course they need to refund your postage. &amp;nbsp;that's a given. &amp;nbsp;YOu paid for a service you did not receive. &amp;nbsp;WHy do they allow people to,order items with next day delivery when they have no ability to fulfill the request?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I looked up shipping options and Premium Delivery means if you order before noon it may be delivered the next day, not after &amp;nbsp;it ships. It has been my experience that if I do order before noon, I have it the very next day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
