    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000ff" face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;My, my, and here we go again and again, over and over!&amp;nbsp; Interesting that I can sign into forum and write this rant, but putting through an order ONCE AGAIN, is a fruitless task.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000ff" face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Prior to the "IT problems" I was signed into my account. I was able to order the KC Ham, but it would not honor easy pay and when it "confirmed" the red "technical difficulties" was all throughout the ordering process.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000ff" face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Knowing full well the last time this happened&amp;nbsp;when I put in an order, IT NEVER DID GO THROUGH.&amp;nbsp; Looked&amp;nbsp;for my orders but it would not open, so I called CS and got a 10-minute wait.&amp;nbsp; Well, any surprise, that order did not go through, ordered it and proceeded to let the CS rep know of my ire and disappointment in the incompetence that plagues QVC and the incompetence of IT in running the website that constantly is having "technical difficulties" especially during busy shows or special shows.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000ff" face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;We have all voiced our distresses here about QVC's ongoing problems.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000ff" face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I told her I was getting quite tired of hearing "I'm sorry", it doesn't work anymore when it does not change. In 30 years shopping here, the last 6 months have been difficult to tolerate and I was taking much of my business elsewhere.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried to order the TSV, clicked order and up came the message "system under maintenance. &amp;nbsp;We received your order and will send a confirmation to your e-mail". &amp;nbsp;No, nothing on my email and also when tried to access my orders to see if maybe it was there - can't do that either - says service unavailable. &amp;nbsp;So don't know if I'm getting the oven or not. &amp;nbsp;Not good QVC, not good.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was unable to buy items on easy pay this morning due to a Q error, and now the easy pay offer has expired. &amp;nbsp;I don't like this game Q plays, either offer five easy pays throughout the event, or don't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;It isn't fair to those who don't get here within the four hour period, and then to lose out due to a Q error, not fair at all. &amp;nbsp;I won't be buying now that the five easy pay offer has expired.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It really seems as if QVC just doesn't care if they lose a bunch of orders.&amp;nbsp; However, they're not only losing orders, they are potentially losing customers.&amp;nbsp; People are getting very weary of all these technical glitches.&amp;nbsp; I know I, for one, shop way less on QVC than I used to.&amp;nbsp; If I can't successfully place an order, then I just don't need that item....or I'll go elsewhere for it.&amp;nbsp; It's really a shame.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the Easy Pay event is over they need to take the banner announcing it down, that purple banner is still there on the top of almost every page, it's up there at the top of this very screen, &amp;nbsp;yet the five easy pays are not on the items themselves now. I was late getting online today so missed out on most of it, I tried to look at a few things and every single item said "Sold Out," I know that's a technical glitch, I've seen it before, but I did get in on a pair of shoes I've been wanting for awhile before the event ended so it wasn't a total loss.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Coincidentialy, as soon as the easy pay event was over, the site was working again. &amp;nbsp;They should give us all another easy pay day to make up for this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
