    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have always preferred my package to be delivered by USPS but I have to say that for some things, they are a mess.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We routinely have to send certified letters out of our office.&amp;nbsp; They all have a tracking number.&amp;nbsp; There is an issue with at least 1 out of 5 of our letters.&amp;nbsp; Many times we don't get the green card back.&amp;nbsp; It's not always an issue as long as usps on-line shows that the letter was delivered.&amp;nbsp; I can print that off and submit it to the Court or keep it for our records.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But most times when we don't get a green card back and I track it on-line, the tracking just states it's on its way to be delivered or it will say delivery attempted.&amp;nbsp; Nothing happens after that.&amp;nbsp; In that instance we are stuck mailing out another letter&amp;nbsp;and hoping we don't get the same result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Attempting to contact USPS CS is an effort in futility.&amp;nbsp; It takes an&amp;nbsp;act of God to actually speak with someone and twice now I have&amp;nbsp;been told that the wait time in in excess of 45 minutes.&amp;nbsp; I retain my place in line by leaving my name and&amp;nbsp;number for a call back rather than sitting on hold that long and I have never once received the call back.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;They are the only business that doesn't return my calls when I do this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/539"&gt;@SahmIam&lt;/a&gt;, my post office absolutely refuses to give a receipt when a package is dropped off.&amp;nbsp; And they won't budge.&amp;nbsp; Even the manager won't budge on it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;MOD on duty, can you help with this please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I needed to return multiple packages due to damaged/wrong items sent. I have the receipt from USPS with the tracking numbers. Keyed them all in and it reads that&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"All items have been picked up by RETURN AGENT. USPS will no longer provide ANY TRACKING INFORMATION ON THIS PACKAGE".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So how, exactly, are we supposed to track our returns? QVC shows NO activity on any of the returns. First time I have ever had this happen QVC and it does NOT happen with any other vendor (so far).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please assist. Thank you!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm thinking it means QVC has picked up the items. &amp;nbsp;They probably wouldn't show in your account as returned until after they have been processed at QVC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Here's the thing: this opens up a new world for theft and you can't prove it UNLESS you have a receipt for dropping it off at the USPS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm missing many items that were sent out and state "delivered" via USPS. This has been an ongoing problem and I'm stuck because for some reason, the higher ups think it's no big deal to send $$$$ through the mail but $5 batteries via UPS. If USPS no longer has responsibility for your item and the agent "loses" it....you're out of luck without a receipt showing you dropped it off and that the "agent" picked it up. Kinda shady if you ask me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not. Happy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This made sense because using the tracking number, it would show that a package would sit for days to more than a week and then off it went. You could see where it was no problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now it shows that you dropped it off and that someone (not USPS any more) has picked it up. What happened? What is USSurePost supposed to be if it isn't being shipped via the USPS?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue with a package returned to another vendor.&amp;nbsp; I emailed USPS and was called and informed that USPS is outsourcing some of its package delivery and once an item is picked up, they no longer have any way of tracking it.&amp;nbsp; And no, they could not put me in touch with the company who now has the package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thankfully, the package eventually arrived - but it was over 3 weeks in transit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, USPS sent me a customer service form to tell them how satisfied I was with their "help."&amp;nbsp; You can imagine my response.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/229659"&gt;@Beth-QVC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; and &amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/539"&gt;@SahmIam&lt;/a&gt; I had this happen with one of my packages recently. &amp;nbsp;Mine tracked all the way to the South Carolina P.O. where we return jewelry and then it said "picked up by agent."&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I called the USPS 800 &amp;nbsp;Customer Service number which said that QVC does send an agent to pick up mail &amp;nbsp;because it's too much for the USPS to deliver. &amp;nbsp;It's considered delivered when that message appears - delivered to the agent. &amp;nbsp; My return showed up on QVC online with no problem afterwards.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I'm sure, Beth, &amp;nbsp;you'll be finding out officially what's what at your end, but anyway, this is what I was told at USPS Customer Service.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I get priority a and priority b boxes&amp;nbsp; gratis from their website; sending items back in these boxes is generally less expensive than 'regular' usps shipping.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I look for the most economical way to send the item back via usps's website, sometimes it's a flat rate envelope or box. And free tracking comes with every shipment!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey everyone. Well, spoke to Beth and she handled it like a pro. She'll handle my refunds and is alerting those in charge to the issue of USPS saying it's not their responsibility (as per the USPS site via tracking).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not a big returner but do so when something is defective/the wrong item. I thought it would be easier to use the QVC label and then have the S &amp;amp; H credited but as others have mentioned, maybe not. I'll return via my own label and see what happens&amp;nbsp;next time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let it be known that I have a really bad &amp;nbsp;Post Office; I mean, ranked in the pits. Plus, I'm considered a "rural" route so we never have the same person delivering our mail. This may be a BIG part of the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do let Beth know if you have experienced the same issue, btw. USPS is supposed to be handling the shipping from start to finish, so... yeah.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edited for spelling.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;FYI - as an aside, this happened to me the same way recently when I sent in my passport to be renewed. &amp;nbsp;I completely freaked out when tracking fell off in Philadelphia -- my tracking ended where it had arrived at the P.O. and that was it - I never got any message that it was delivered any place.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I had the PO put a trace on it and someone from the Philadelphia USPS hub called me to say that there is too much mail for the USPS to deliver to the federal passport office which was where it was addressed to. &amp;nbsp; But until I got that call from the USPS representative, I was totally worried that someone had stolen my old passport (in the envelope) and the application for renewal that of course contained a lot of personal info and my check.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

She is always super helpful and nice at resolving QVC problems, and quickly too. &amp;nbsp;IMO she treats customers as &lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;valued&lt;/EM&gt; &lt;/FONT&gt;customers, not as annoyances or impositions as some CS at QVC on the telephone.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;She has helped me often when I've been charged for a QVC return label I hadn't used. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I don't get nearly as ticked off about it as I used to because I know she'll make it right for me with minimum hassle.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I usually send back several items from different orders. I make sure to put everything in the correct plastic bag with packing slip and I use FedEx. &amp;nbsp;It arrives in a few days and I can even see who signs for the package at the Q.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just dealt with this very issue today. &amp;nbsp;On August 22 my husband dropped off a package at our local post office to return to QVC . &amp;nbsp;The clerk gave him the tracking number on the receipt. &amp;nbsp;I used the shipping label provided. &amp;nbsp;It has been three weeks to the day and still no evidence of return. &amp;nbsp;I have already paid for that item, too. &amp;nbsp;I went to the same post office to show them that I had tracked the package and it said it was still at that office. &amp;nbsp;They checked and it was there. &amp;nbsp;No movement in three weeks! &amp;nbsp;I called a complaint line for the postmaster's office in my area. &amp;nbsp;I spoke to a woman who explained that QVC uses a third party delivery system with its return labels. &amp;nbsp;Packages can sit for WEEKS at the post office before being picked up by that delivery service. &amp;nbsp;Once you give the USPS your package, she said QVC owns the parcel. It is parcel post service not first class. &amp;nbsp;The post office does not deliver it. &amp;nbsp;I then contacted QVC customer service. &amp;nbsp;The representative immediately gave me credit for the returned package. &amp;nbsp;She said that since it has been more than two weeks, she could do that. &amp;nbsp;I STRONGLY recommend that you get a PROOF OF RECEIPT from the USPS when you leave the package. &amp;nbsp;I was able to track it by going to the USPS website and entering the number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
