      <description>&lt;P&gt;I really dislike their return shipping carrier.&amp;nbsp; It takes me 2 WEEKS to get a package returned from AZ to the east coast.&amp;nbsp; I recently wanted to exchange an item for a different size so had to send it UPS and pay $15 &amp;nbsp;myself to get it back in time to have a chance of getting another in the size I needed.&amp;nbsp; the carrier they use is not the USPS.&amp;nbsp; It's some mail contract service. I asked the CSR why it took so long to get back the last time I used the pre printed label &amp;amp; was told it made 8 stops along the way.&amp;nbsp; That's nuts.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;How can anyone expect to exchange anything when they have to wait that long for their item to get to QVC?&amp;nbsp; By that time all the stock has been picked over.&amp;nbsp;You should use a different carrier for returns.&amp;nbsp; It's very irritating to the customers &amp;amp; then the Hosts keep saying that you have this fantastic return policy on air.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Very misleading!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
