      <title>Mods - Please help</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I going through my MC&amp;nbsp;account and noticed a $106.66 charge on 8/21/17 that I&amp;nbsp;cannot identify. I called CS and spent 20-30 minutes with them and they can't figure it out either. &amp;nbsp;I know this was the gold day but I didn't buy anything with that kind of easy pay or total that day. None of my previous orders or combination of orders result in that amount. &amp;nbsp;Can you help me out? &amp;nbsp; If it's legit, I need to know the order number, etc. &amp;nbsp;If it's not correct, I want a quick refund and assurance that no more easy pays in that amount will be charged to me. &amp;nbsp;THANK YOU!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It assigns a 4 digit 'reference #', which relates in no way to the&amp;nbsp;order #.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only way I can check that card for Q purchases is by matching up the amounts to my purchase history..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/34174"&gt;@KingstonsMom&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Keeping track of EZPay when I have too many (as I do now!) is bad enough when there's only one card that does include numbers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm so trying to simplify my life.&amp;nbsp; I have more than one card also, but I try to use only one.&amp;nbsp; That works okay because all my income is monthly now.&amp;nbsp; It wasn't as easy when I had to determine which pay period I was going to have the right funds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As per &lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/33991"&gt;@CalminHeart&lt;/a&gt;'s problem, I can't figure out what happened because I assume both she and the CS rep looked at her whole EZPay set-up and the order numbers&amp;nbsp;would be/should be&amp;nbsp;there for the following months.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I still don't understand really what is going on - does QVC include the order numbers on their listing only if the bank requires them as mine does?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
