      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5" color="#666699"&gt;With September almost here, I still have not received my August issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5" color="#666699"&gt;More often than not, I have to contact CS to find out what's going on and let them know I have not received mine by mail.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5" color="#666699"&gt;In the meanwhile, others have been able to pre-order items that are in limited quantities to me or colors sold out in my size or if makeup...no longer available in my shade. This is a problem on your end not mine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5" color="#666699"&gt;I've seen many threads concerning this problem of late mailings or no receipt of the issue for a month or two.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5" color="#666699"&gt;Can you somehow have a complete list of those who have requested a copy mailed to them, have enough printed and get them mailed out in time. Receiving them a month late is useless.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5" color="#666699"&gt;Thank you.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They have my name on the list to receive it monthly, but do not have the ability to assure it gets mailed. What's up with that?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#FF0000"&gt;I'm sure corporate has more important problems than making sure I receive Inside Q. CS should take this over.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem as all of the posters, and when i inquired I was told (via email) that people receive the Insider if they have purchased a certain amount of items over the past couple of months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No purchases, no Insider. I consider this pretty arbitrary. How much does a miailing cost for heaven's sake!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Maybe if we had information to pre-order, we could purchase more, right?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#666699"&gt;I receive so so many catalogs I don't want that go directly in the trash. Why make this publication so difficult to get?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#666699"&gt;Either make Inside Q available to all customers and mail it out on time or cancel the publication completely. My last response in July from CS stated&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;that all problems were corrected and they mailed&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;me the July&amp;nbsp;issue&amp;nbsp;and then August did come in the mail to me. &amp;nbsp;But needless to say, it is now September and once again no September issue. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Well I am not, as I have to email each month stating that once again that I have not received my copy of the Inside Q magazine and now my last email has not even been acknowledged.&amp;nbsp; How hard can this be to get straightened out?&amp;nbsp; Also, just to state again, I have never requested to even be put on a DNC list for QVC, if that is even a thing, so where did that &amp;nbsp;come from?&amp;nbsp; I’m sorry to be a little angry here, but this is really getting frustrating.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
