      <description>&lt;P&gt;I return three jewelry items. The package was scanned at the post office 7/6. I was not notified that return processed until 7/21 after &lt;STRONG&gt;I&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;inquired. QVC whats the matter with you? &lt;STRONG&gt;Why do your returns take so long to process? You need to take a lesson from AMAZON!&lt;/STRONG&gt; I am seriously considering not shopping any longer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I WOULD LIKE A REPLY AND AN APOLOGY.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Even Macys is quick when you return by mail. &amp;nbsp;I had my refund within a week. &amp;nbsp;I always returned things to their stores but recently the two Macys closest to me closed. &amp;nbsp;I had one top to return and decided to try their mail return service which is FREE. &amp;nbsp;It was wonderful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's one of the reasons I rarely shop here.&amp;nbsp; CS is horrible, shipping time is horrible, and they don't have anything unique.&amp;nbsp; Here's to Amazon, Costco (online), and HSN.&amp;nbsp; Free shipping, fast service, and great CS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
