      <title>CANNOT VIEW ITEMS PREVIOUSLY AIRED VIA PROGRAM GUIDE</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#0000FF"&gt;on Chrome notebook. &amp;nbsp;MODS: &amp;nbsp;anyone working on this? &amp;nbsp;I pull up program guide, go to a prior show presented hours earlier, click on that show, and automatically QVC live is shown. The ONLY OPTIONS on my upper left screen are: QVC Live; QVC2 or Beauty IQ.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#0000FF"&gt;MODS PLEASE HELP. &amp;nbsp;Anyone else have this problem ?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Constant web issues is the major reason I stopped purchasing&amp;nbsp;from QVC. &amp;nbsp;I also removed&amp;nbsp;my card information. &amp;nbsp;If they have problems with one area, they probably have issues in every area. &amp;nbsp;Their IT department is a total failure! &amp;nbsp;It shames QVC, and it's poor performance, along with excessive shipping charges, just made me feel the smart move would be not to shop here. &amp;nbsp;They have lost my trust in this being a safe place to shop.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
