    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Lila,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&amp;nbsp; I have ordered a few things from Kohl's and Genie brand from Wal Mart.&amp;nbsp; No problems at all! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My favorite jewelry brand used to be EternaGold but spme posters have agreed that their quality is not the same now.&amp;nbsp; I also like Diamonique/ 14k and some American West.&amp;nbsp; Clothing in my closit is C. Wonder (which is only on QVC as I checked) and Susan Graver. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will be a hard adjustment for me but I must do it.&amp;nbsp; I wrote earlier that I'm 63 and have a painful nerve injury in my face so it is not easy for me to go out shopping.&amp;nbsp; Trips to the PO are not easy either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a great day all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cathy&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Twice, Really?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered A-275109 C.Wonder tee in SZ (L) last month and got an (XL)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Re-ordered it again and got another (XL)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it just me?&amp;nbsp; On another post I listed the last 10 of my returns totalling around $1000 if they had sent me what I ordered.&amp;nbsp; QVC &amp;amp; I would have both been happy, right?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm 63 with a painful nerve problem in my face so this is/was how I shop but I am running out of tape and gas from going to the PO.&amp;nbsp; Yes, I would be better off going to a store and bringing home what I paid for. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Others have suggested this to me but I have had "blind loyalty" to QVC but it has ended today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This can't be happening to every customer or QVC would be out of business.&amp;nbsp; I wish you all happy, trouble free shopping.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since it's their&amp;nbsp;error, don't let them charge you any shipping or handling. &amp;nbsp;Double check your card statements to make sure they don't. &amp;nbsp;Have you considered other retailers on line? &amp;nbsp;Most offer better shipping deals. &amp;nbsp;QVC is no longer a retailer that provides excellent service, and their prices and shipping are outrageous.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think sometimes the wrong size, style or color is put on the slot of another item.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One time I ordered a Denim &amp;amp; Co dress. The wrong color and pattern was sent. I returned it (on my dime) and asked for an exchange to the item I wanted. I got the same wrong color and pattern again. I gave up and figured it was a sign I really didn't need it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I guess the XL size was put in the L slot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually,that happens so often that I actually have begun to believe they just put our returns into another bag and ship them right back to us.That is why I send my return not requesting an exchange but a refund&amp;nbsp;,if I still&amp;nbsp;want the item I just reorder it myself!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
