      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered something on 6/15...shipped on 6/16...was supposed to arrive on 6/22. It's now 6/26 and the tracking shows the item hasn't moved since 6/17!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need it for an event this coming weekend, and now I'm concerned it won't arrive in time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This slow delivery is getting ridiculous Q! This is often what happens when you use USPS alone, instead of UPS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also, if the website says it may be awhile before something ships (like Zulilly does), well and good. But the hosts are always saying "you'll have it in your hands in about a week". Pfffffft! That used to be true, but not anymore!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I find that USPS tracking often is not updated until after the package has been delivered. Weird. That means tracking is of no help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get your frustration that delivery is taking long than estimated, but chances are good it will be delivered before the weekend, IMO.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i placed an order on an item that web-site said was in stock. on 6-11. it is now 6-26. three estimated delivery dates have come and gone. i've contacted customer care four diffirent times, and cannot get a straight answer from any one i talked to. all they will tell me is that the order is in process. i even paid $23 extra dollars for express delivery. if you are thinking about ordering any thing form Q. think twice, and go to HSN. they are a much better company for honesty in thier business pratices... i'm still waiting on my order.hopefully i will not grow old waiting..qvc sucks.............................&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had this happen a few times.&amp;nbsp; I live in Western PA but USPS goes past me to Ohio and&amp;nbsp; then comes back to PA.&amp;nbsp; One item went back and forth to Ohio more than once.&amp;nbsp; Took two weeks.&amp;nbsp; I hate the USPS shipping especially since my mailman will shove everything into the mailbox.&amp;nbsp; I have come home to find four packages shoved in there.&amp;nbsp; I was expecting him to somehow find a way to shove the ladder I bought in there!&amp;nbsp; Thankfully it came UPS and in a few days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Oh I've been on a roll lately.... I ordered a trolley dolley last Friday&amp;nbsp;for our upcoming vacation&amp;nbsp;on Thursday 6/29.&amp;nbsp; I paid for express delivery.&amp;nbsp; Well&amp;nbsp;Satuday I&amp;nbsp;was sent an email from CS that they were refunding my express delivery charge because the item will not ship until Monday 6/26.&amp;nbsp; I contacted CS to ask if I would still receive by 6/28 EOD, as we were leaving for vacation early 6/29.&amp;nbsp; I would need to cancel&amp;nbsp;otherwise, so it wouldn't be sitting on the porch while we were gone.&amp;nbsp; I didn't get a response&amp;nbsp;by Sunday afternoon, so I contacted 'QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com' .&amp;nbsp; A very nice lady responded right away, and did not think I would get the item by 6/28, and offered to try to cancel the order for me, although she said it may be to far into the process to cancel.&amp;nbsp; Not her fault, and I appreciated how fast she got back to me.&amp;nbsp; As of today, 6/26, I still have NOT heard back from CS!!!&amp;nbsp; Especially on expedited orders, CS should OFFER CANCELLATION IF THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE THE EXPEDITED SHIPPING!!!!&amp;nbsp; After all, there are REASONS people pay for expedited shipping, and it's not just to spend the money.&amp;nbsp; If my trolley dolly ends up arriving while we're gone, and it gets ripped off, I'm REALLY going to let someone have it at QVC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I ordered a disposal genie on 6/18 early in the day&amp;nbsp;at 7:55 CDT.&amp;nbsp; I ordered a black one, and they were still in stock when David came on at 11:00.&amp;nbsp; EDD is today 6/26.&amp;nbsp; As of Saturday 6/24, my order said BACKORDERED.&amp;nbsp; How could that be when it was well a head of when the black sold out on 6/18?&amp;nbsp; Now it says "in process" again, but you bet your bottom dollar I'm not receiving it today, and this will probably arrive when I'm on vacation too!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why are we having so many problems with&amp;nbsp;QVC lately?&amp;nbsp; And then CS doesn't even get back to you?&amp;nbsp; It's reallly getting irritating!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
