    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just checked my Easy Payments online, it shows that an installment of $9.80 is past due but when I cross reference my credit card statement is shows that QVC charged that exact amount yesterday, so could this be a result of the technical issues you have been experiencing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, it shows that QVC charged my account $20.70, I have looked high and low for this amount and cannot match it up to anything I have ordered, I did order the Personal Cooler on QVC2 yesterday on easy pay, but the charge should have been $24.00 + some odd change and there is no charge for that, again is this a technical error?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise when you are able, I am sure you are ALL pulling your hair out at this point!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: &amp;nbsp;I have no idea what is going on, but the Easy Pay that is showing Past Due on QVC's end that was on my statment this morning is now gone, so I went ahead and paid it, and the charge for $20.70 has dropped off of my credit card statement as well, so I guess I just continue to watch my credit card statment like a hawk and see what other mysteries might arise?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
