      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why do you offer 2 day shipping if it takes you 3+ days to even process the order? &amp;nbsp;I paid an extra $17 to receive a package on time and there it sits "in process." &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered somethjing on the 16th and it is the 23rd, still processing. it said the package would be here three days ago. if I had known it was going to take two weeks just to ship, I would have bought the item at a store. VERY SLOW processing . they need to fix this issue if they want to keep customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
