    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered an I. Mizrahi scarf and QVC sent it via USPS. It made it to my P.O. last Thursday morning. I never received it. I called P.O. it's not there and QVC has no tracking because it was sent via USPS. QVC, credited my card. Obviously, someone in the PO took it, knowing there was no tracking number. Sooooo, if sent via UPS then there is always a tracking number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received notification that an order shipped but I did not receive a tracking number. Is this a common occurrance? This is the first time this has happened with one of my orders.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do appreciate the email that was sent however it took ME sending more emails asking about the tracking number. I finally got an email back but because it was too late, I was not home to receive the package and now it will have to wait because it needed a signature.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE Customer Service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We deserve better as paying customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
