      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I returned a product. I purchased &amp;nbsp;it on easy pay. After the first payment, I went ahead and pay it off. Well, looks like my refund will be payed back in 3 payments instead of my full refund. I have never heard of such. I have been shopping with the Q for at least 20 years.I don't think this is right. I should get the full refund at one time since I payed it off before it was sent back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did call customer service. She said because I had purchased on easy pay, the refund would be paid back that way. Also my credit company texted me of only a 9.18 refund for that order number&lt;/P&gt;</description>
