In my opinion, her books are OK. She is my "palate cleanser" when I need a fast/easy read. Generally I find then to be a 3-4 stars. They are filled with twists and turns that will keep you guessing. Is she the BEST mystery/thriller author I've read? NO!

If you have never read her, I would read her. I did like this one. It was a 3.5-4.

WARNING: IF YOU ARE TRIGGERED, DO NOT READ "THE TEACHER"!! I am NOT triggered and I gave it a 2 based on the subject matter and the fact that she DID NOT INCLUDE A WARNING!!! I felt that was HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE!!

I'm not sensitive type, but, I know I read that book, but, I don't remember it. LOL Guess it didn't faze me.

At the foreword of her books she now posts a disclaimer for the folks with delicate sensitivities.

I read Mafia books, serial killers, murder, etc.

I've read the BIBLE . King James Version 3 times

Some books of the BIBLE can be rough.

My sister I sent The Housemaid to she quit reading it she couldn't go some parts of it. Just the difference in people. There is Housemaid 1, 2 and 3 by the way.

I think it's her best so far.

It isn't mentioned that Frieda has a great sense of humor. She makes me laugh out loud sometimes-but on the next page somebody could be murdered.
