Trouble Getting into my Overdrive Account

Is there a librarian out there? I have been trying to access my Overdrive account for four days now and all that pops up is :

Greetings from Koha. PATRON EXPIRED

I don't think I'm expired or I couldn't be typing this post, ha,ha.

Any ideas from anyone what this means? Of course, the library is closed today and is follows a revised schedule since this Covid situation and I would like to get a couple of books before the long weekend.

Not a librarian, but I also have issues from time to time.

Is your library card current?
My library allows for emails to it people to explain issue.

I think your librarian is the only one who can help with this. Their system may be down for maintenance or whatever.

My guess is your card is expired. You could email them about an extension. Perhaps it will be automatic due to, you know..

Thanks for the heads up, it did make me go look at mine. Can't image being without.

Same thing happened to me. My DIL told me she had to download the Cloud Library app."CL" in red letters. Back in action and better than the old Overdrive.

I am able to access my borrowed ebooks from Overdrive and from the library's site.
