Random actors in older roles

I just saw Michelle Dockery featured in the trailer to a 2007 production called "Hogfather." It's a Christmas-themed British production.

Also saw Laurie Holden in a trailer for "The Mist," a Stephen King feature.

I loved that movie. She played a "good" character. She was Andrea in the "governor" seasons of "The Walking Dead."

And "Battlestar Galactica" had actors including Grace Park (now in "Hawaii 5-0"), Katee Sackhoff (who was in "The Practice"), Lucy Lawless ("Xena the Warrior Princess"), and so many more.

Have you seen any older shows in which it was fun to see earlier work from some of your favorites?

OK, so guys you remember my love for Law and Order? Well, we're talking a long time ago (some were like really old).

I see people who were just brand new to TV. They were so young. There were so many I can't even remember. They played killers, psychos, you name it. It's fun to see them that young.

I would think it would be a head trip to see yourself on the TV when you were young and now you're 15 and more years older.

Some have aged a lot better than others (and I don't just mean females).

Even the Bourne series (Matt Damon). From the first one to the way he looks now. He looks so different.

Just saw a 1997 Seinfeld episode rerun with a young James Spader. The episode is called The Apology. James has come a long way!

James Spader was also in the movie Pretty In Pink. Yes, he has come a long way. Including his hair.

Not long ago I was watching an old Naked City show and Dustin Hoffman was the bad guy. I read online later that it was his very first acting role. OMG!

Just last week I saw (for the umpteenth time) the Murder She Wrote with George Clooney. Boy he looked so different (still very handsome) because he had a lot of dark hair and his eyebrowns were very dark and thick. Beautiful eyes. He played "Kip" and I've heard him razzed about that role..

In the early 60's Cicely Tyson was a regular in a series called East Side/West side = Jane Foster.

Also during the early 60's she was a regular on a soap opera called The Guiding Light = Martha Frazier.

George also played a cop on The Golden Girls. Not sure which show is older, GG or Murder, but he looked really young.

Quentin Taretino also did a bit part on the Golden Girls, he played one of a dozen Elvis impersonators when one of them got married.

I was watching My Best Friend's Wedding with Julia Roberts & Cameron Diaz. The opening credits have 3 bridesmaids & a bride singing. Bree Turner (Rosalie from Grimm) was one of the bridesmaids singing to Whishing & Hoping.

Those episodes were both filmed in 1987. Clooney starred in E/R in '84 and '85.
