real housewives of potomac....3/6/16...."news", spoilers, gossip

hello to all and hope everyone is having a super sunday! after a one week hiatus, the real housewives of potomac are back. who will be around and watching tonight? rhop begins at 9pm et. it will be followed by the real housewives of atlanta at 10pm et. kim fields and michael rapaport are on watch what happens live tonight with andy.

the ladies are headed to my beach stomping ground.....i am anxious to see if i recognize any of the places they go to. it is a pretty small town that is only very busy from late may through september.

the last rhop episode had 1.62 million viewers. it has pretty much stayed steady since the premiere. not sure how many total episodes there will be since this is a new group.

will some of the ladies be forced to stay in twin beds or are they going to look for hotel rooms?

why does ashleys husband show up at a gay club? isnt it supposed to be a girls weekend?

its a nice home and a beautiful area....i cannot believe that they are complaining about their rooms. no, it is NOT a five star hotel, but it is a private home......a king sized bed cant be in every room! its a beach home!

Look, it's ridiculous the way they're trying to make Potomac Maryland so foo foo.

If they really wanted to show movers and makers in our Government (and people with REAL money) they should have gone to St Michael's Island, Maryland.

Many famous government (very high ranking) live there in incredible homes. They just don't advertise it.

My son-in-law's mother lives there. Her house was in several interior decorating magazines, etc. She is a woman working in a man's world. Her husband is a famous Dr. Those are people who live in St Michael's.

I think they wanted to show another wealthy (by some standards) African American families.

I watch the show and kind of like it. I don't like the way they pass these women off as ding bats, but I guess that's part of the show. They seem like beautiful, intelligent women to me.

i have some family members that live in potomac and they are just regular working people....that love that area.......but not everyone in maryland "aspires" to live there. LOL

My friends and I who lived in Va most of our lives always laugh and talk about how much we all HATE the term DMV that's now used to tie Virginia, Maryland and DC together.

This is something that has just recently been used over and over on TV. We in Virginia always say, "Do not connect us with DC or Maryland.

DC is called the murder capital of the US and Maryland......well, I'm sorry to say we think they have some nut jobs there. They passed a law called "The rain tax". Like I said, "nut jobs". Read some of the following comments about Maryland's stupid taxes.

i dont use the term DMV, but i do use the term delmarva often......dont hold it against me.

i have close relatives in northern virginia also.

@sunshine45 You rock! Actually, it's more Alexandrians who are snooty. If you want to see just google these words....

"You know you're from Alexandria" and you'll see how we are.

Actually, the way I see it you deserve the right to say Delmarva as it is a wonderful place and (I think) totally separate from the Maryland we've come to know.

As far as Northern Va ...... yes they are nutty there now. You see a bunch of people moved in (especially in "old town") with lots of money (Yuppies) and none of us could afford to live there if our life depended on it. My Mother and Grandmother were born in "old town", as I was.

It's like people being terrible drivers in Va. It's because people come from out of state (government workers to get jobs, etc). Many of them can't drive and clog up our roads.

We here in Prince William County say you can take a crayon and draw a line down Route 395 and see the real Virginia.

I only saw the last 20 minutes so will have to catch it when it's on again. Considering these women harp so much on etiquette it seems inappropriate to complain about their accommodations. Someone has been kind enough to invite them for a beach weekend the least they could do is suck it up and try to keep their opinions to themselves. I would have suggested they turn around and go back home if they weren't happy about the size of the bed they were going to have to sleep in. You'd have thought they were being housed in a homeless shelter they way they were complaining!

Don't know if this has been mentioned before but I read that Katie Rost has done some modeling on QVC for the Halston line and Nicole Richie's line.

For some reason Ashley Darby seems so familiar to me but I haven't been able to figure out why. I was wondering if I'd seen her on another show but can't find any info on that.

i went to look at her facebook page and she is friends with angelo (who is the main stylist at qvc) and kathleen kirkwood. she probably just does some of their print/online still modeling.
