I watched a Netflix movie the other night called The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. Good movie, very different . About the family of a Nazi officer in Germany. Has anybody here seen it?

Oh my gosh I forgot about ****** Tuck, I watched that when it was on F/X. I've been watching: Outrageous Fourtune, Prisoner Cell Block H, Wentworth, The Sopranos, Orange is the New Black and Banshee.

jeanninep4 I seen that movie when it first came out, it is a good movie and it was different, I think I have that one on DVD.

I have watched Boardwalk Empire and it is an excellent series but does contain nudity and foul language. Just gone done with Making of a Murderer and I really don't know how to comment on that series. It sure does make one think! A couple of other movies that I have loved have been Cocoa before Chanel, The Way We Were, and Serena!

I am watching a TV series that has four seasons called NIKIETA WITH MAGGIE O. At first I thought eh, but got me hooked. I am starting season 2. She has trained to be an Assassin, but goes rouge to take down the division of the government that trained her. She has someone onthe inside to help. She played with Dylan Mc Dermet,(sp?) Last year on a TV series that was canceled.

I like Net flex better than Amazon Prime because once you pay, you can watch any movie.

I just recently binged watch the 7 seasons of a Nurse Jackie. I loved it

I am a fan of Orange is the New Black

Rectify is my all time favorite. What great actors.

Red Road is another favorite

What I love about Netflix is that I get to watch shows from premium channels that I do not have.

I also love documentaries and Netflix is great for that as well.

I watched the first season of Boardwalk Empire and was bored silly. It has gotten great reviews, but for me it moved way too slow. I don't have to have shoot it up constant action, but I do like a story that moves along faster than a crawl. The costumes and sets were interesting.

They're all good. My favorites of what you said are: The Wire, Boardwalk, Sherlock, Outlander, Lots more but that's a good start. You're talking to a group of people who love and watch TV a lot Most of us seem to like a lot of the same shows, except the one's I like tend to be a little more one's guys like.

For instance: Banshee (love it, based on comic book). Strike Back (great).

One series I loved was "The United States of Tara." It was about a woman with multiple personalities (one of which was a man). Toni Collette was brilliant in her portrayals. I highly recommend this!
