Really enjoyed it. Colbert was fab. Really like Elsbeths son. But,(with a nod to Harry Connick, jr) here comes the jackpot question in advance,who will play Angus?

This is one of my favorite shows. I like the quirkiness. The show last night was very good.The casts and characters play well off one another.

Left mid-season last year with no plans to return, though I see they won't be doing the early reveal in all episodes, which is a plus. As far as it goes, though, TV has overdosed on 'quirk' as far as I'm concerned.

Angus and Elsbeth develop a romantic connection through their screens, a plotline that was featured in the Valentine's Day episode.

While his return for Season 3 is not confirmed, both the show's creators and [Ioan] Gruffudd have expressed interest in having him return. "

@stevieb Early reveal? do you mean that we see from the beginning who the killer is? I thought that was the whole premise of the show. much like Columbo.

Fun fact: Jane Treacy dressed ae Elsbeth for her annual Halloween party last Sat night. She posted on her Instagram stories. She looked cute. Sandra Bennet was Blues clue guy and her daughters were from " Death Becomes Her" That was all I saw posted.

@stevieb Early reveal? do you mean that we see from the beginning who the killer is? I thought that was the whole premise of the show. much like Columbo.

@Icegoddess It has been to this point, but apparently they're going to film a few episodes where the perpetrator is not revealed from the begining.

I liked the three guest stars but I get tired of these shows after a season, despite liking the actors. High Potential, Elsbeth, Will Trent, Matlock and now I see my interest in Doc waning.
