Just got an article on my phone saying CBS wil replay it on Oct. 8 and Oct. 10. The series official premier (new episode) is October 17. Check your local listings for times.

We watch very little network tv but I like her, so I will be watching. I just recently watched MISERY again, such a good movie.

@Mom2Dogs Since you watch little network tv you likely missed a great series of hers years ago "Harry's Law." She is great in everything and loved her in Fried Green Tomatoes.

This is the one new network series I wanted to watch and I didn't even know the premier had aired. Thanks so much! I'm going to set my tv to record on Oct. 8th right now before I forget.

@Love my grandkids I spoke to my TV and it took me to it free through the 29th I believe. I Couldn't fast forward commercials but it was good. I set the series to record.

The way she tried keeeping up walking behind younger people reminded me of my son and granddaughter. I hate to lag behind!

I loved the ending!

It's a reboot so of course it's a take on the original show...I have no interest in reboots. Bates is a very talented actress, they could have written an interesting character & show for her, no reboot needed.

I also enjoyed Harrys Law, but it didnt make it too far, one season I think.

@kitcat51 You might want to give this show a chance. It is very good. I did not consider it a reboot. Kathy Bates carries the show like the Academy Award Wnning actress she is.

@Shelbelle When that movie came out, I took my teen age granddaughter and her other grandma to see it. We all loved it.

In the years since I've watched it on TV at least 6 times.

I loved Miss Sue. She was one of the best characters in the movie.

Kathy Bates is from Memphis, so she was just perfect for the role.

I noticed in the credits, they did mention Dean Hargrove as the exec producer of the OG, Matlock, that must be for legal reasons
