I feel sorry for all the kids he fathered and IGNORED for years. He's s ** t as a "father."

Kody claims to be out of his mind because the wives left him. He said he's been betrayed and apparently Sobyn doesn't like having a monogamous marriage.

The show is still on?

Last I saw of them (several years ago) they had purchased a huge plot of land and were going to build either a big communal home or several smaller ones.

@haddon9 Yes. It's still on. This will be the 19th season. They still have the land except for Christine. She sold her share of the property and has remarried. Everyone is leaving or has left Kody except Robyn.

@haddon9 Christine met someone and they're now married. He has a big family of his own though not much about them has been shown. I think most of them are grown. Did you know that one of Janelle's sons committed suicide?

@colliemom4 No I didn't know about Janelle's son. How sad. How old was he and how long ago was that? I can't imagine being on a show like this particularly after her son commits suicide.

@haddon9 He was 25 and found dead March 5th. He died of a self inflicted gun shot wound and an autopsy indicated that his blood alcohol level was extremely high.

@haddon9 That was actually on the news, briefly. So sad. I feel sorry for his mother, for him and his siblings. A number of those poor kids have emotional problems.

@Mom2Dogs I don't know if she's suing or not. One day I read she is and then the next day that she isn't. However if she is suing I'd imagine it's to get her share of the money out of the property they all purchased. From what I understand Janelle has now moved to North Carolina.

This should be the last year, for this show. Let's tie up some loose ends and move on. I'm sure they, probably all, need a paycheck, but they can't build a show around what use to be. Giving Kody camara time just feeds his ego.

@10sluvr I'm guessing that this is TLC's doing. I've noticed they drag many shows out for longer than they should. I agree with you about them all moving on. I'm shocked that the show is still even on the air lol.

I will definitely watch! I believe this series got really interesting as the wives.....one by one (except Robin) began standing up for themselves. I think it's refreshing to see women finally "see the light" and bravely seek a better life for themselves....at least an authentic life.
