As I said in my post, when things are shown like steaming kisses that will appear in the upcoming episode to get you interested.

By the time you see 3 or 4 of these "hook" videos, you have almost seen the episode.

I don't know what a spoiler video is either.

If I'm watching some Dateline type of show where they're talking about a murder and whodunit.....I'll google the information right away to find out who the murderer was but still watch the show to the end.

@ECBG Are you calling "previews" of upcoming episodes "spoiler videos?" If so, I have never seen multiple previews at once to be considered hook videos.

Can you give an example of which show are showing these "hook videos" as you call them?

After an episode usually there's a preview of the next episode, I watch that.

Sometimes I get an email that includes a video of a promo for a film or new show, I don't watch those.

If someone recommends a movie or I'm looking for a movie to watch, I google it to see what it's about and what actors are in it. If I dislike an actor, Dominick West for example, I want to know so I can pass on it.
