09/25/2023 Big Brother 25 live Feed Spoilers and Updates!!!

We saw a rare afternoon booze delivery yesterday. Reportedly due to Cory's upcoming birthday, which isn't until Friday. A cake was made, and the silly little party hats made a return appearance. The BB webcam came back out also as they filmed the houseguests doing various things including Cory and America staging it to look like they were showering together.

The house was told there would be an early wake-up call today, so something might be planned for today. It could be a prize comp of some sort. Or it could be nothing and BB just wants to keep them on edge.

Jared and Blue reclaimed the upstairs lounge area for a "session" and then simply folded up the soiled blanket they'd used and put it back. Mecole/Meme and her disinfectant might be needed on the cushions up there again before too many people sit on them. (I'm still an advocate for burning the cushions but that's just me.) I suspect BB "suggested" she clean the cushions after the earlier "sessions" up there, as we don't typically see Mecole/Meme (or anyone for that matter) cleaning those cushions with disinfectant. It could have just been a coincidence that she decided to do it right after a previous Blue/Jared session, but BB tends to guide the houseguests into what needs cleaning from time to time and I suspect they "suggested" cleaning those cushions. They'll probably suggest it again today and probably suggest taking the blanket to the washer, or the incinerator.

This is going to be a whole week of nothing much to report as there's nothing much to report thanks to this latest twist. We're all just killing time until Thursday's live show when Jared or Cameron will rejoin the house as humans and not zombies. BB has a long history of lame twists, but this might just be the lamest of all lame twists.

My money is still on Jared being the one who returns as BB has favored him the whole season and he'd help keep Cirie alive for the Season of Cirie. If the comp to return is a puzzle comp and Cameron takes it on, it'll be a one-thousand-piece puzzle with every piece looking identical, and Cameron blindfolded to try and solve it in thirty seconds. If Jared gets to take on the puzzle it'll be a three-piece one with labeled tabs to show him exactly where to put each piece and no time limit.

So, expect nothing much to be reported each day this week until Thursday when something might change. No shows until Thursday. No comps (that we know of) until Thursday. No events (that we know of) until Thursday. Yeah. Great twist there BB. Just brilliant. Way to keep the viewers engaged.

@gardenman Your last sentence in today's update says: "Way to keep the viewers ENGAGED" but didn't you MEAN to say "Way to keep the viewers ENRAGED"? LOL (just joking).... Because a lot of us this season are enraged at the blatant favoritism from Production.

Big Brother has a long history of breaking the game to favor one contestant over another. Sometimes blatantly, sometimes more subtly. This year is very, very blatant, and frankly, probably unnecessary as Cirie is a good player who would probably be where she is now even without help.

Go back to season eight when Eric was "America's Player" and was used to save ED whenever he was in trouble. In Big Brother nine they killed Sharon with the guinea pig question. In BB11 they saved Jeff with the coup de grace. (Though he left shortly afterward in the clown shoe comp that he should have won, but he inadvertently threw his clown shoe out.) In BB14 they named Frank Eudy America's Favorite Player. In a year with Janelle, Dr. Will, Britney, Boogie, and Playboy Playmate Kara Monaco, Frank was America's favorite? Yeah. And the list goes on, and on, and on.

Production isn't content to just let the game play out. They manipulate it. They have for most of the game's life. Sometimes it's blatant sometimes it's more subtle, but they tweak things to try and make better shows rather than make things fair. And to be fair, that's the job of the producers, to make good TV. They don't have months to edit shows like in Survivor or The Amazing Race. They need something now. So, they tweak the rules and try to build in entertainment value on the fly. Even if it's unnecessary.

I think BB in its purest form is the best. Toss in sixteen strangers and see who emerges the winner. No special favors, No hedging of the bets. Just as level and fair a playing field as possible. No predetermined winners or favorites. Just let the game play out.

I totally agree @gardenman !! I've watched every season, haven't missed over 3 or 4 CBS shows combined from all seasons, and this one is the most exasperating!! And are there currently any hamsters in the house who have not figured out or been told of the mother/son duo? I have to say that any who haven't figured that one out yet does't DESERVE to win!! Just my humble opinion!

Completely agree @gardenman Just because production likes a person doesn't mean the rest of us do. And I personally do not like Cirie. Didn't like her when she played Survivor either.

Cam won. As the winner he gets to choose if he wants to play the final competition or he chooses Jared to play. Whoever wins the competition is back in the game. I think Cam is going to choose himself to play.

@gardenman, or any of you who get the feeds --- on last night's CBS show, it appeared that a few of the houseguests are warming up to Cameron and even want him to beat Jared. Do you think they will stick by Cameron if he wins and gets to stay in the house, or will they be plotting to get him back out pronto?? Thanks in advance!

When they came back into the house, Jared was very mad because of the vote to evict him while Cameron came in grateful to be there. The houseguests tend to gravitate to Cam. it is very hard to predict who wants who out because they lie all day long. From what I can gather, they do want to evict whoever returns. However Cirie and Co. want Jared to stay and Matt and Jag made a finally 3 with Cam. It really is just any ones guess.
