There is no joy in BB land (well, not for most of BB land anyway) as Jared hung on to win the wall comp last night. The handholds used in last night's comp were supposedly easier for someone with bigger hands to hold onto. That seems to be the explanation for how he outlasted everyone else. It was among the fastest wall comps we've ever seen. People were dropping like flies.

So, with Jared now in charge, he's said he'll target Cameron or Jag, but wants to put up two competitors first to try and ensure Cameron doesn't win POV. Jag may be a bigger target for him than Cameron. It should be a backdoor week no matter what, so we'll have to wait and see who wins POV and if it's used.

In a weird twist, Blue told Matt she'd like to win the next HOH and put up Cirie and Jared. Uh, what? I'm not sure if she was playing Matt and planting something to see if he'd spread it, or if she was telling the truth. It would be a heck of a ballsy game move to put up her showmance partner and his mother. Exposing the two and their relationship would get her farther in the game as they'd be targets 1 and 1A after that. Is she that ballsy of a player? We'll have to see. She was clearly playing Jared earlier in the year but hasn't seemed to be playing him lately. Maybe she still is?

And speaking of the next HOH, next week is a double eviction week. We'll flush two hamsters down the BB drain in one show. With Jared not being able to play for HOH, he'll be a prime target. I would expect Cameron or Jag to go first with Jared following them down the BB drains. We'll have to see how that plays out. The newly formed group of Matt, Jag, Cory, America, and Bowie still seems pretty solid. (Though they're planning to be lowkey this week.) Meme still has her Brown Sugar Babes that she may be more loyal to. Felicia is something of an unknown where her heart lies now.

The double eviction will either be the last double of the season, or we'll have a battle back. We'll be down to ten hamsters after Thursday after the double eviction. There will be seven more Thursday shows. For the last show, we typically have three remaining houseguests. The math works out for this to be the last double with no battle back or if there's another double eviction then there has to be a battle back.

We also learned there will just be a seven-person jury. For those who just wanted to make the jury to get their larger stipend (Bowie, Felicia, etc.) that means they've got to hang around a bit longer. The jury will be six people on finale night with the seventh joining the jury then. Why seven jurors? That's two fewer people they have to shelter, pay the full stipend to, and babysit.

We'll get the nominations later tonight. Expect neither person nominated to be the real target though. Cameron or Jag will be the real targets. (Assuming nothing changes and things change constantly in this game.) If Jared truly wants either Jag or Cameron to go, putting them both up isn't the worst idea. Only one could come down. I'll post back once we know the nominees.

From what Jared's said and what Cirie has said, they're on the list, but third and fourth. Now, is that right? Who knows? Cirie's side of the house still views Cameron as Satan, so Cameron being the prime target makes sense. I think everyone's tired of dealing with Jag and they want him gone. I'm not sure they view Cory and America as big threats to win things, whereas Cameron has won just about everything he's tried for.

@gardenman , who is Cirie's side of the house now? From last night's show it seemed like most people came to realize they were all getting played by her. And does Felicia know that Cirie voted to evict her?

Cirie's side is Cirie, Jared, presumably Blue, but if what she told Matt is right, not so much. And maybe Felicia and Meme (two of the Brown Sugar Babes.) Cirie and Jared are rock solid. I think Mecole/Meme is more playing the middle, but will pretend to be with whoever has power. Felicia is a tougher read. She has a thing with Matt and has promised to help keep him safe and vice versa.

The other side is Cory, America, Matt, Bowie, and Jag, with Cameron and Mecole/Meme somewhat on their side. Felicia might lean more their way the more she learns. Things are a bit fluid right now.

With everyone realizing that Jared and Cirie are in charge I would have thought they would try harder to win the HOH challenge or is production gearing the challenges so they can't. I am getting tired of this go with the flow attitude. It seems that Cameron is the only one trying and of course, he was ineligible last night

I read on another site that a couple people had made deals with Jared before the comp to throw it his way, in exchange he isn't supposed to put them up this week (Cory was one name I read).

@debfau , that these people don't realize yet that neither Jared nor his mama is trustworthy is amazing. They can be smacked in their face with it but then still fall for it. As much as I am sick of them, especially Jared, kudos to them for being able to sucker these people and they deserve the wins.

Blue is developing into an interesting player. She's chatted up Matt, Jag, and Matt again and seems willing, maybe anxious, to go after Jared and Cirie. America apparently filled Blue in on the fight yesterday and what everyone knew about the various alliances. Blue was surprised to find out that her beloved Jared and future mother-in-law Cirie were keeping stuff from her. Hearing that they were in other alliances without her seems to have awakened the gamer in Blue.

Now Blue is chatting up America. Everyone has been consistent in what they've told her. She's going to talk with Jared and see what he says. If he tells her the same stuff, she'll be happy, but if he lies to her...

Blue has the ammo to blow up Jared's and Cirie's games with what she knows. Jared needs to tell Blue the truth. If he messes this up it could be a game changer.

Meanwhile Jared has tried to convince Cirie that Izzy may have told Blue they're mother and son. Uh, no Jared. That was you.

The feeds this season definitely have not been boring like previous seasons. I actually don’t get bored watching them. So the last 5 HOH’s have been Jared, cam, jared, Cam, and Jared. Even though I cannot stand Jared It’s probably a good thing because he cannot play next week and this would be someone’s opportunity to get him out of the house, especially before jury. I think Cam could do that but it sure would be nice to see one of the other players get HOH. Right now I’m not sure who the new HOH would target. We shall see.

Listening to Jared makes my head hurt. Listening to Cory makes my head hurt too. I don't know who I want to win but I would love to see Jared, Cory, and Jag out. I don't know much about Jag except when he talks I get sleepy.

I saw Blue talking to Jared and they seemed to make up. Wonder if it is an act....

The feeds are back. I think Cory and America are the nominees, but not confirmed. Jared is talking to Blue now and judging by her body language, she's not buying what he's selling. She's got lots of data that lines up and I'm pretty sure that what Jared is saying doesn't match up with the rest she's heard. She's just gone into arms folded and legs crossed mode! Not a good sign for Jared.

America and Cory are the nominees. Blue is still in detective mode interrogating Jared. Blue has spent the last 24 hours gathering information and she's got a good picture of what really happened. And what she's heard isn't matching up too well with what Jared's saying.

It doesn't look like either Cory or America is a real target this week. Cameron is the big target and if he gets picked for POV and wins it and uses it, Bowie becomes the target. Cory and America seem pretty safe, as long as the POV is used.
