Vanderpump Rules Season 10 Finale SCANDOVAL

What did everyone think of the finale & WWHL after? Has Schwartz been in on everything all along? Did Raquel show any remorse?

Thought the argument/discussion between Sandoval & Ariana at the beginning was raw & real as could be. I kept tearing up with everyone throughout the episode. Really loved when Ariana told Schwartz they could no longer be friends as she won't accept anyone who's friends with Sandoval.

I think the way Sandoval handled everything was disgusting!! BUT if he really wanted to be with someone else he should have been honest about it in the first place and just told Arianna. (He said he tried, but she threatened suicide. She denies that, and Sandoval is a proven liar.) I do think Arianna caused him to look elsewhere when she refused to have intimate relations with him. He is a man who wanted intimacy and had to look elsewhere - more than once. Arianna was only thinking of her feelings - not his. As far as Raquel goes I think she is a very confused person who is either laughing or crying. She really needs therapy to straighten herself out. I can't see this show coming back for another season, but I quess stranger things have happened. Just my opinion.

Lack of sex is never a valid reason for cheating and certainly does not cause cheating. Ariana explained why several times this season but Sandoval was too narcissistic to hear it. He chose to cheat our of selfishness and jerkism.

That said, Sandoval is a pig. I didn't feel sorry for him one little bit.

Bravo announced Vanderpump Rules will be on next season.

Makes no difference , rich , poor, famous or anyone. Infidelity in a relationship is a most hurtful betrayal . That being said , obviously there were issues in Sandoval & Ariana's relationship. Who knows how much of her issues with depression and continued grieving over family & pets dying was to much for him . Not supporting his choice to betray her love and loyality , but it was hinted at he has his own ADHD issues .

So, as in real life there are 2 sides to every breakup .

It was quite evident that Sandoval was sorry he got caught but not sorry he cheated. He even stood up for Raquel during an argument with Ariana. He's too narcissistic and stupid to realize it's all his own fault.

Lack of intimacy is a bogus excuse for cheating. Ariana explained why multiple times this season but Tom was too self-centered to hear her. If Sandoval really loved Ariana, he would have done more than whine and complain.

On WWHL, it sounded like Ariana is doing better. She's dating and involved in several ventures. She's on the Today show this morning too.

I kind of feel bad for Schwartz. He's taking a lot of heat even though he clearly told Sandoval to come clean. He should have given Sandoval a timeframe or told Ariana himself. A month or whatever was too long to wait for Sandoval to do it.

I know I am in the minority but I think the relationship between Tom and Arianna was over a long time ago...same as Katie and Tom.

A and T looked more like friends than a loving couple. Arianna has always had depression and talked about it on the show. For some reason I believe that she threatened suicide if Tom left her.

He just should have done the right thing and ended it years ago but his ego and loving being in the limelight seems to top everything. He has always been in love with himself ..he is his own biggest fan.

As for Rachel...I can't stand her and never could. She plays the innocent role but is a snake waiting to pounce on every guy she encounters. She needs more than therapy.

Maybe they really do deserve each other.....the perfect pair. JMO

I did read an article yesterday saying this entire story may have been set up for ratings? I am not so sure it was not true. I have not seen a Bravo show that was filmed this quickly usually they take a year to air. I guess time will tell.

Lost interest in that whole series long ago. Just caught up a bit through the recent posts here.

Still a confused bunch of overgrown teenagers! They must have been emotionally and mentally messed up years ago by the wild and crazy atmosphere of LA and Beverly Hills.

Their contentious relationships and what looks like a persistent inability to settle down in life makes me wonder where they all might be in a decade or two from now.

Between the previews and everything I've read or seen online, there really wasn't much new information that I didn't already know. I've always known Tom is narcissistic and a cheater but I was still pulling for Tom and Ariana. He couldn't be bothered to work on his relationship but had to receive instant gratification. Oh, and I didn't fall for any of his tears....especially when he was at Lisa's house. That was some of the best "bad acting" I've ever seen. It was nice to see Kristen back but I don't necessarily want her to be back and a part of the show. It was interesting to see how her relationship with Ariana had evolved over the years.

I'm happy for Ariana that she's moved on and is being offered additional professional roles.

I haven't watched last night's show yet but based on everything I've seen, read so far, I suspect this all happened and no big deal but they decided to run with it for drama and ratings and narcissistic Sandoval didn't realize the fallout he would get. He figured everybody loved him so a good storyline for ratings and here we are..ratings are great. They are all over the media, their podcasts are thriving. Ariana has had more success since this hit the news than ever. She has become the "It Girl". Her sandwich shop will thrive even if they sell PB and J on stale bread because of this. This has been huge.

Like Katie and Schwartz...if he hadn't kissed Raquel/Rachel, Katie would have had no storyline this season. Her whole storyline has been the lead up and then the kiss and then her talking about it. They have to make a mountain out of a molehill to stay relevant and on the show.

I am one of I am sure many... I had checked out on this show a few seasons ago but once this hit I started watching this season again.

@DREAMON , I agree with you that their relationship was over long ago. I don't know that it was ever a great love, more of a friendship/partnership/storyline.

And you said it about Rachel...the role she is playing...she, too, wouldn't have had any storyline this season if it weren't for her kiss with Schwartz and that storyline of her going after the guys.

If this turn out to have been completely blown up for drama, if there is a weak link it will be her who eventually spills.

I agree that the Sandoval and Ariana relationship was over a long time ago. She already has a new man. How quickly she recovered. I also think that the relationship might have been manufactured for the show. The majority of people on this show are actors. If you look them up on imdb many of them have a list of acting credits. I think that is why this show has lasted for so long. You have professional actors playing out "reality".

I thought it was a real standing up for her principles moment UNTIL she commented that the same does not apply to Lisa Vanderpump. So, I guess, since LVP is Ariana's employer it's okay for her to be Sandoval's friend.

Lisa is Sandoval's employer and business partner but Schwartz is in business with Sandoval as well. So the message Ariana sent was if you are a benefit to me I can overlook who your friends are? And we all know, Lisa is more than Sandoval's business partner...she clearly loves the guy.

Tom & Rachel lied & were deceitful, whether Tom's relationship with Ariana was close to ending or not. Cheating seems to be Tom's way of life. Rachel was betraying Ariana all along.

I posted in an earlier thread that Schwartz said on WWHL weeks ago that he knew what Sandoval was up to several months earlier.

I think there's a saying that goes, "If you lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas."

I agree with those who say that Tom and Ariana's relationship was over long ago. I also agree with the comment that a lack of intimacy is not a valid reason for cheating but disagree that it's not a cause. I also agree with the poster who believes it's likely Ariana threatened personal harm if he left her. As for Tom being a known liar, well, so is Ariana--just ask Kristen who was Tom's gf when he and Ariana started their affair. And Kristen...who is she to be talking about cheaters? When she was living with Tom she had sex with Jax on the couch while Tom was asleep in their bedroom! Seriously, who's the pot and who's the kettle in this scenario?

As much as Ariana was (maybe still is) my favorite female on the cast she's always been a mess. She's been making excuses for her lack of intimacy for more than five years now and it wouldn't surprise me if it was even longer. It's always something with her. Tom always wanted more from the relationship, marriage and kids, but put that on the back burner because Ariana was so adamant she wanted none of it. She was trying to get Tom to fertilize her frozen eggs even though she says she still doesn't want to have kids or give birth. Talk about screwing with someone and mixed messages.

My hope is she thrives now that she's rid of Sandoval and that her business thrives as well. Raquel is the worst kind of person for doing what she did to Ariana. And Tom, well, it doesn't matter who does or doesn't love him...he loves himself enough for all of them.

I don't watch this show so I agree with anyone who would say that I have no business posting my opinion. However, the fact that I don't watch yet still happen to know exactly what you're talking about is the reason for my rant. Bravo (ie. Andy Cohen) is hyping this like it's the biggest, most shocking scandal in history. It is not. I don't care who cheated on who and who knows what, yet its shoved in my face every day and every time I turn on Bravo. These are not the first cheaters ever to cheat and this crew is much more likely than most "bravolebrities" to indulge for the sake of ratings, self-satisfaction or self-promotion. I'm beyond tired of hearing about it!

So I'll comment even tho I haven't been watching. I have seen little segments but I stopped watching all these shows. I used to really like them .... years ago, in the beginning. They all seem to have changed.

Anyway, I watched this show when it first started and that season Sandoval was dating Kristen, living together I think and was friends with Jaxx who was dating someone else in the group I forget who now. It was revealed that Kristen and Jaxx cheated once with each other. Everyone was furious with them and betrayed. I remember Sandoval saying that the most unforgivable thing was Jaxx and Kristen not telling the truth about it, not confessing and even denying when asked. It just seems ironic now. You would think in this staged episode someone would have reminded Sandoval about that history. Or maybe someone did?

@moonandthestars , many times it has been brought up that they are a group of cheaters. The response is this is different. Because of how long they've been together, because Raquel was Ariana's friend. The reasons they give are plentiful. Katie may be the only one in the group who hasn't cheated...that I can think of anyway. The guys were in a relationship and cheated and the girls cheated with a guy in a relationship, like Lala, Ariana, Scheana. Heck, really Ariana even cheated with Lala in the car. Now Sandoval knew about it but still. This has been a huge payday for all of the cast and Bravo, and especially Ariana.

@Wsmom I really have been out of that loop for a long time. In the beginning, they were all so innocent ..... so that particular betrayal I had mentioned rocked the group to it's core. Sandoval seemed innocent, and sweet, sincere, and very loyal then too. Like there there was no other way to be.

I'm glad this situation is working out well for arianna.
