Breaking Bad is one I watched a few times. The Good Wife is one. I'll need to think if there's others.

I am in love with "New Amsterdam". It takes place at Bellevue, &

is shot right in my neighborhood. Plenty of actual hospital scenes

too. Really good acting!

Also West Wing, Rockford &, believe it or not, Perry Mason, mostly for the gorgeous old cars!

Law & Order especially the seasons with Briscoe and Green. As far as I am concerned, seasons 17-20 do not exist.

I guess the original Law & Order would be the one that I've seen the individual episodes the most. As far as watching the whole series in order multiple times it is Gilmore Girls.
