I thought it was too when I first saw it. After watching the whole commercial I saw comments by Christian where he explained the redesign to make it more modern.

I remember when she said she chewed her son's food and then transferred it from her mouth to his mouth. She said he would come crawling across the room to get to her mouth. She's one sick puppy. Just creepy. Hope she didn't turn her kid into a crazy nut, too.

I have read quite a few interviews with her saying this as well as many other more unconventional views on child rearing. She is very proud of all of it.
