This is a 10 episode series on Netflix about the last surviving Blockbuster. I'm old enough to remember when you use to rent movies at Blockbuster and mom and pop stores. I was always surprised how popular new movies were never in, Blockbuster must have gotten a lot of copies of them. My brother and I would go to this mom and pop store and the woman who worked their would hold popular movies for us.

TEN episodes about the last Blockbuster Video? I can't imagine wanting to watch this. What is there to show--the store was open, now it's not popular, end of story.

@Jordan2 I started watching this last night and will finish this today. I like it but don't love it. I'll be surprised if it's renewed for a second season.

I thought all the Blockbusters were closed, but there were so many current references in it as well as current iPhones that I Googled it. There is one last privately owned Blockbuster still open, and that is what this series is loosely based on.

@PinkyPetunia It's a sitcom, not a documentary.

Now we have streaming! Which makes renting movies seem archaic. I can't even imagine that Blockbuster thing even though we did it.

I just watched the first episode of this series. I decided there are other series to watch that are worthy of my time (The Crown tomorrow). There was nothing special about this.

That is dissapointing , i was hoping iif it could be half as good as Superstore , i would give it a chance. I will watch 1 or 2 episodes .
