I Have No Interest In Any Shows Starting

this fall season. I used to look forward to some shows starting a new season and now......well, there is not one I have set to record.

I used to like 9-1-1, the original. Hated 9-1-1 Lonestar. I liked FBI and FBI Most Wanted, now, no interest. Same with Law and Order and CSI Vegas reboots. NCIS LA, nope, SWAT, nope. The list goes on.

I better hit the library for some good books for this winter.

DH and I enjoy Chicago Fire and are looking forward to that; however, we aren't really into the other Chicago shows.

So far, that's about it for us.

@HisElk1 I had never watched any of the Chicago shows. One day I caught a rerun of Chicago PD, the one where Elias Koteas got killed in jail. Don't remember character's name) I started watching and enjoyed it for awhile. Same with the other 2.

There got to be too many characters that I just didn't like so they all went by the wayside.

TV series that I watched weekly hold little interest for me. I was once an avid watcher. It seems like last year I quit watching almost all of my one-time favorites. The reboot of Law & Order was a disappointment. I enjoy The Voice, but not American Idol. HGTV programming has lost me. I did watch Flip or Flop but that is gone. Occasionally, I will watch House Hunters International. The TV is off now.

Often I sit in the quiet solitude and think. I am an introvert so there is no one's company that I enjoy more than my own. I spend hours on Zillow. Whenever we are in the mountains, looking outside at the scenery has become my most pleasurable pastime.

and Ghosts. I read somewhere that the UK is reviving the American version for their audience.

I am looking forward to Magnum P I on NBC. I don't think it will be on till January or something like that. Also, Manifest on Netflix starting in November I think, and Sanditon, next March.

I've got Alaska Daily crime drama on my list to watch, starring Hilary Swank who plays a journalist who is investigating missing indigenous women in Alaska.

I don't watch much anymore..I like the Chicago's and FBI's..gave up on NCIS and Blue Bloods.

Don't like so called "reality" shows..or competition shows..There are way too many sports channels..and we pay for this!!

DH is into history, animal shows.Also some PBS.

I think "Blockbuster" should be unique. Course We can't see it 'cuz it is on streaming.

The new one w/Jimmy Smits as a police chief will be popular,don't know if we will watch.

And thats pretty much for us.

Niecy Nash has a new show starting this Fall it looks pretty good. She is working for the FBI, she is very funny. Also I love Abbot Elementary

The UK version is in its 4th series (season) and has been airing since 2019.

I pretty much agree with you.

However, I still do watch 911 Lonestar, although there are parts of it that I don't care for. All of these NCIS things --- no, not interested. I will watch the Resident. I was looking for B Positive to return which I think was very funny but I understand it is not returning. I get so ired of investing my time in these shows and then --- poof --- they are gone. And other shows which are just not that good at all seem to go on forever.

Thankfully, I do like the baking competition and shows. The Great British Baking Show is back on Netflix and I'm happy about that. And there are some good Halloween baking shows on. I also enjoy shows with Gordon Ramsay. At least he keeps things interesting.
