07/29/2022 Big Brother 24 Live Feed Spoilers and Updates!!!

And we have a new HOH! And it's Monte! When the show went off last night Jasmine had limped to the bench with the first red invitation, then Indy and Terrance else joined her. At some point, Monte also found a red invite and he then won the final part of the HOH comp. (By the way, BB has Jasmine using a cane now and want her to use the ankle more. She doesn't look very comfortable with the cane just yet.)

As HOH, Monte had to name the Have Nots for the week and the only duo that hadn't been Have Nots were Turner and Jasmine, so they are now the Have Nots.

With Ameerah gone, the girl's side of the house is in shambles. (Kudos to CBS casting by the way for casting two intelligent black women who could win BB last year and this in Tiffany and Ameerah. After decades of noncontenders they upped their casting game in that regard. Neither won, but they could have which is a big step up from their more typical casting pattern.)

Indy is frustrated that people lied to her face and swore they were telling her the truth. (And it was all unnecessary too. The Leftovers had the votes, and they could have been honest but chose not to be.) Being lied to by Brittany, Michael, Joe, Monte, and Taylor has Indy very frustrated. She's more or less volunteering to go home this week. Alyssa seems the more likely target though as Kyle really wants her gone and is pushing for her to be the target.

Nicole and Daniel are also potential targets, but Monte wants to keep Taylor thinking she's part of their core (she's not) so they have her vote for the next week or two before they flush her. And if they put up Nicole, they must put up her duo partner in Taylor which costs them a vote and could annoy Taylor. The same is true with Daniel as they'd have to nominate Kyle opposite him and if they lost a swing voter (Michael, Brittany, or Taylor) they could lose Kyle.

Michael is a fan of the show and should know he's just a vote for the boys and is expendable. He needs to really think about flipping things in the near future. Staying with the boys will just get him killed off a week or two down the road. Given his record in POV comps, he's the perfect backdoor target. His only real partner now is Brittany who's no help at all. He should be safe this week due to the numbers, but once the Leftovers core gets to where they can control the house without him, he'll be gone. And that could be as soon as next week.

Michael needs to win HOH in the next week or two and then scoop up those not in the Leftovers and take out the top dogs in the Leftovers while there are still enough non-Leftovers to make a difference.

If Alyssa goes this week and Michael were to win HOH next week, scooping up Nicole, Daniel, Indy, Jasmine, Brittany, and Terrance, while nominating (more likely backdooring) Joe/Monte might be his best chance to move forward. He could play the middle until the POV ceremony then backdoor Joe/Monte while having his new alliance in the background. He'd have to trust his new allies to win HOH or trust himself to win the next POV, but at some point, he must make a move and if he waits too long, he'll be gone. He must know he's not one of the core of the Leftovers. If you're not in the core, you're expendable. Become the core of a new alliance and you have a better chance of survival.

We'll get the nominations later today. It will likely be Alyssa and Indy. Though Nicole/Taylor and Kyle/Daniel are possibilities. Monte just worries they could lose a swing voter and a core member if he puts up Kyle and he wants to build trust with Taylor. (Until they stab her in the back in a week or two anyway.) So, expect it to be Indy and Alyssa on the block later tonight.

I think Monte has the inside track to win the game now. Second in line might be Kyle, then Joe, and Turner. Michael has to make a move to have a chance and I'm not sure he will. Alyssa, Jasmine, Brittany, Taylor, and Indy are very unlikely to win. Daniel and Nicole have some slim chance at winning. They need things to break just right though. And they need to play a lot smarter than they are. If I was betting, I'd put my money on Monte for the win. Now, a smart move by Michael or an HOH win by Nicole/Daniel where they form a new alliance out of the non-Leftovers could alter the balance a bit, but right now, Monte looks pretty solid.

An annoying day on the live feeds for me. I keep getting error 6100 and being told I need an Internet connection. I've got one. It's testing at over 250+ MBPS. It works for everything else, just not Paramount+, and it's happening on my phone, TV, and tablet. I'm not sure what's going on there. I've done the troubleshooting recommended at Paramount+, but no luck. It's possible my ISP is throttling Paramount+.

You might be getting your wish, just not right away. It looks like they'll be putting up Alyssa and Indy and then backdooring Nicole.

And I've got the live feeds back up on my Roku. They aren't working on my Fire devices or Android phone but work on the Roku. I don't use the Roku much, but I dusted off the remote and gave it a shot, and up they came without a blink. Why? God only knows.

The nominations are going down now and there shouldn't be any surprises. Monte pretty much told the girls (Alyssa and Indy) they're going up so no big surprise. Nicole might be surprised on Monday if she doesn't win POV, but she's apt to think Taylor is still the target.

Brittany wants to sweep up Indy after Alyssa gets voted out. (Alyssa may not get voted out if they backdoor Nicole.) Brittany at least is thinking about enlarging her number of allies. It may be too little too late though. She'd have been smarter sticking with the girls.

The core four of the Leftovers (Monte, Kyle, Joe, and Turner) will run the house if they don't get broken up soon. A Brittany, Michael, and Indy trio has little chance of breaking up that foursome if they go to the final seven together. They might nibble off one but getting more out would be a challenge for them. Monte is already planning to get out Taylor before too long as she poses a threat to the foursome.

It looks like Nicole or Alyssa will be going this week if things hold true to the plan, then Nicole, Daniel, or Taylor the next week. Whoever survives of those will then have Michael added to the hit list. The four core members of the Leftovers should be able to cruise for a bit. Especially if the duo twist remains in place. Kyle would be up against Daniel and Daniel would go. Monte and Joe would be up against one another, but they are now a trio with Terrance and Terrance would go. Turner is with Jasmine and Jasmine would go. They're set up to dominate for a few weeks.

Unless we see Michael, Brittany, and Taylor split off from the Leftovers and do it soon, those four core members can pretty much cruise for a few more weeks with no risk. I'd love to have a strategy talk with Michael. I'm not sure he's thinking things through right now. They need numbers to get out a Leftover core member and the numbers don't exist as long as Michael, Brittany, and Taylor stay with the Leftover core. They have to make a move and they need to do it while they have players left on the other side to ally with.

Still have kennel cam (this is taking a while) but the noms should be Alyssa and Indy.

Players often fall into the Helen Kim "It's too soon" trap and miss the window to take out the big guns. With the duo twist and the old Pound alliance (Kyle, Monte, Turner, and Joe) at the heart of the Leftovers, there's a very small window to take them out. You need to build a team quickly and get the numbers on your side. If you wait too long, there won't be enough players left to give you numbers. I'm not sure Michael knows how close those four are. He might assume he can split them, but I don't think they'll split.

This past week would have been a good time to make the move. The house could have been rallied against the four/five (if you include Taylor.) They would have had a good shot at breaking up the big alliance. Each week the non-Leftovers lose a player, it weakens the ability to take out those four guys.

Gardenman,who do you like?[if its a secret i understand],I must say I don't like taylor,right from the first night she just seemed phony, and that first week the way she was acting around the men was disgusting,of course the ladies would not care for it,so of course they had it in for her,maybe she should have acted differently, that scene when she was playing pool with the boys did it for me.she seems unreal,so i hope they send her out this week,stop with the in a few weeks we will get rid of her, we have seen that befor, then that person gets h.o.h and the chance is gone. I guess I am in the minority about poor bullied Taylor but I don't think I am wrong at this time,she is playing her part well.she is big brothers favorite this year.all this is my opinion only,thanks,Tucka.

Who do I like? I like Michael, Alyssa, and Indy. I don't dislike the four guys in the Pound (Joe, Kyle, Turner, and Monte), I just want to see some competition and as is typical, the twist and setup seems to favor the guy's alliance. Taylor is just blah to me. I don't like her. I don't hate her. Brittany I've grown to dislike. She's just a worm. Nicole and Daniel are good villains, but nasty people. Jasmine is not a favorite, but she's playing with a fairly severe handicap. Her DRs are painful as she ramps up the "southern."

Michael was my preshow favorite, but if he's to last, he'll need to make a big, big move and I'm afraid he won't. The four guys are pretty good at risk assessment and they know that the threats to them are Nicole, Daniel, Taylor, and Michael. Nicole is likely gone this week. The other three will get picked off as the opportunity arises. We're looking at another Brigade type situation where the guys just coast to the end.

It's far better than last season's cookout. I like the pound men. The women are doomed by their jealousy of one another. Taylor, with her attention seeking early on, was off putting, and now her victim routine isn't much better.
