Windows 10 is a cross between a tables & computer, and after learning where all the stuff is at makes it much easier to navigate...

That is good to hear. Did you have any trouble connecting to wifi? I heard there was a problem.

I'm totally ignorant when it comes to much other than turning something computer-wise on.

I'm going to take it over to my son-in-law's house and ask him to put it on everything.

I'll be happy when I can get itunes installed again. It seems like a lot of people are having problems with it so hopefully they are working on it.

With groove apparently they think everyone is going to stream their media but I'm still able to use windows media play for cds.

my take on it is install at your own risk

At the beginning it seem like a nightmare this thing pop up to down if I wanted too I sort of resign I was going to continues to learn this change what I did not expect that it would take about 3 hours and after that a learning curve which is like an egg hunt...

I was lucky I have text support for my computer and also a subscription to MSN so between the two I was able to get the hang of it as well as help from my printer folks...

WIFI I do think I needed some help also from my ISP and my phone needed to be reset.

In the long run I think this will be much easier to navigate because many of the other services are on board and more attune to tablet which in way it operates like with a mouse as an option....

This Laptop is not touch screen but I have another that is...

My son-in-law owns a cyber security company. He usually tells me to wait until bugs are out of a system before it's installed.

He's been on vacation in Canada for about 2 weeks but gets home this week.

I'll have him put it in if he thinks its a good idea right now. I own so many computer things (all but this one is Apple) this is Samsung he bought me.

I am not very good at change or computers, but you guys are. Now I'm nervous about changing over. I keep reading all of your posts and think....."Wow! If they have trouble....I know I will".

I was going to wait a bit to install but since I'd reserved it the download happened right away. I don't have fast internet so the download took about two hours. Then another two hours to install and configure. The whole thing was easy and so far it's tickin along.

I feel a lot of issues I was having have cleared up since I downloaded Windows 10.

I was crashing all the time, pages were changing with out my permission I have run all the major Mal & AD ware, worked with text support etc.

I think most of the sites I visited had already upgraded and those with their personal PC might have been experiencing strange things like me but could not for the life of them figure out what it spooking their PC, maybe not.

Anyway things seem more stable and becoming a more pleasant experience.

I wonder if they're rolling them out in the order that they were requested? I just bought my laptop. It was the last Dell TSV that had Windows 8 so I didn't get signed up for the upgrade until late.
