I saw it with my girlfriend a couple weeks ago. It was very good- Blythe Danner is excellent. Do NOT expect a comedy in any way - it is pretty depressing actually. I think the cute parts were all in the trailer. We felt it was somewhat misleading - we thought it would be upbeat regarding aging. but- it is about getting old. Did I regret seeing it? No- it was a very good movie.

I saw it and really enjoyed it. If you are around retirement age, I beleive you will enjoy it. I did not find it particularly depressing, but it is reflective of life at that stage and is well done in a very relatable way with lots of familar faces cast. I think you will leave feeling it was time well spent - which isn't true for so many movies these days.

Loved this movie, very sensitive. Acing is spectacular everyone is perfect for the part they are playing.

No, this is not a remake of the Thomas/Day film. Blythe Danner & Sam Elliott star.
