Wow, this house is beautiful! Not that it matters, but I never liked the outside of their other house - mostly that color. At least it looks like this one is mostly single story, so that's good, and it sounds like they're not that far away.

@chickenbutt Yes. It's so much nicer than the place they were living and it's 1 story on 2 acres of land. I read that town is about an hour north of where they were living but they're still doing the show.

Who knows how long the show will survive; HOWEVER, I suspect they have financial advisors (like Amy and Matt) who have helped them invest their earnings over the years AND I believe when the farm is eventually sold they will be in line for a share of the multi-million $$ proceeds along with the other Roloff kids.

I think the move will enhance the story lines the writers can develop so it's probably a win/win all the way around.

One thing's clear: The show IS their work/career.

Without the show, I'm not seeing any alternative line of work that would produce the $$$ the show provides for Zach or Tori.

@colliemom4 I think Zach's sister Molly lives in Washington. I had forgotten how close Washington is to Oregon. We visited Oregon while on a motor trip, spent a night or two there, and Washington is the next state.

I don't understand any of this. If you knew me, you wouldn't be surprised.

The phrase "He wants his cake and to eat it too", keeps coming to mind. In other words, it seems like he wants to be on his own with his little family, but still needs the support of his family?

I made it a question because I don't understand why they moved and where did he get all this money from...someone who doesn't have a job....Sounds good to me.😳

Zach has been on this show since he was in middle school. Quite a while and I am guessing he has money from that. Tori has been on for years as well. I think they went to school together. So all the kids definitely should have some money. Plus they have been on during each grand childs birth. The babies probably have a trust funds or something as well from the show. So I do not think Zach and Tori are hurting for money. If all they do is the show for a living I can totally see them communting to film and they probably stay on the farm. I think Tori was getting a little tired of always being around the family. I know she was not thrilled about moving to Amy's house. Zach also showed pictures of Molly's house on line. I think Molly being in Washington made his decision easier. I believe Tori and Molley have always been really good friends. I am happy for them. Tori can go back to teaching if the show ends. She was a pre school teacher way back in the beginning. Matt has written a childrens book and I remember him reading to her class...

Much nicer house. Smart move to break away from that farm; I don't think he was suited for farm work. Hopefully he has a career move in mind; not necessarily for the money, but for a purpose.

I don't think they would be in line for any proceeds from the sale of the farm if it were sold while Matt was still living.
