No rant, just a funny story. I got a phone call from an unfamiliar number which I do not answer. The only problem it was from Genoa City. It could have been someone inviting me to lunch at Society. I'll never know.

@Texas Gray Wolf They can only have one upscale eatery/watering hole in town at a time, so since Society opened, we never see the AC... Regardless, I'm old school, I go back and forth between Gina Roma's and the Colonnade Room...

So Mariah is apparently missing while we get to hear Tessa

start to sing a lullaby. She should have disappeared ages ago.

First thing when they said she was away on business that was

a huge signal to me as Mariah does nothing.

So Stitch is probably behind this with all his spying and just

nonsense. Who knows since he was or still is a doctor maybe

he played a part involving Devon's donation to Abby? He is full

of questions and noseyness.

Sure he can peeking in the windows and nobody sees his head.

Soap Central is reporting Hunter King and Michael Mealor will exit Y & R. I had heard there were contract negotiations problems and this might happen.

I had a hard time finding the July posts.

OMG! I had to comment on the ugly dress Sally had on today. Between her ugly purple dress and her bright red hair (very bright)....it looked terrible on her.

I've never thought much about colors people wear and theircomplexion and hair color.

I didn't recognize her at first then when she saidsomething....I was like. "Whoa! Who put her in that color dress with her extra bright red hair!"

I fast forward over so much of the show..?.

My guess is Stitch kidnapped her. Who knows why....I sure don't. Probably...he doesn't either.

OMG! These writers are making Jack dumber than a door knob!

It seems like every scene he's on with one of the ladies of Y&R, it seems like h's fallen in a vat of hookey and comes out smelling like....well use your imagination.

I like the twosome of Phyllis and Billy. I like that it's Phyllis and a male; because so often it's two females "trying to get to the bottom of something".

Maybe none of you agree, but I like this.

The actress who plays Phyllis, in my opinion does a great job. I can't see anyone else as Phyllis. The words and actions just roll off of her lips and actions...it's very believable and it sure as heck shows up the actress who's playing Tara as being a terrible actress.

I'm wondering who's missing Mariah and the little bundle she's carrying? I'm standing here with my hands at my side saying, "Not I".

I'm sorry. I'm just tired of the Mariah, baby, Mariah, Tessa, Mariah,Abby.....scenario.

This needs to wrap up...and take Stitch with them errrr it.

@Annabellethecat66 I know you like this Phyllis but I prefer the one before.I can't remember her real name right now. I think the Phyllis character is too full of herself. But then I have a hard time lately liking any one of these people on this soap or the B&B one.I sure hope they can change this around,but right now I just don"t see it happening with these writers.

The women in these soaps sure "care" so much about their ex's, why didn"t they stay together in the first place?

@hellie jo I'm right there with you. One of the main reasons I bagged this show is I decided I essentially didn't like most of the characters, didn't find them interesting and didn't really care what happened to any of them... As for Phyllis, agree again. The former actress, Gina Tognani, could act circles around Stafford... Bringing her back has really done nothing to help resurrect this show...

OMG! Has this kid never heard adults yelling?

This guy is dying...I mean....he's what we called people in the military that came to the Pentagon who was ready to retire a "short timer".

I absolutely cannot stand Tara. These men are thinking with their nether regions...not their heads. Kinda like a divining rod.

I really like that Ashland guy. I think he's perfect for that part.

When is the real Tara going to show up? Based on how long this show drags out everything, I suspect we will be going through all of this all s umber long.

I will give the writers credit. They're doing a great job making (not speaking for others) me hate this Tara and Sally.

I guess the actress who plays Summer is off filming whatever her winter night time job is. So that means none of this stuff ( I'm thinking another word...not stuff) with Tara/Sally and everyone else.
