7/22/2021 Big Brother 23 Live Feed Spoilers and Updates!!!

To the utter shock and dismay of Frenchie and what he believes are his hundreds of millions of fans, today is Frenchie's last day in the BB 23 house. (Assuming production doesn't decide to hold him in cold storage for a future battle back comp.) Frenchie, the world champion social media BB player (in his own mind anyway) is being expelled by those ungrateful peasants after he spent his first week in the house teaching them all how to play the game and allying with every single one of them, in some cases multiple times. This is the gratitude they show him! And production, how dare they allow him to leave!

The good news for Frenchie is his leaving saves a woman or person of color from being evicted, so he should be thrilled about that. His goal this year was to make sure no woman or POC was the first evicted. Sure, he nominated a Puerto Rican woman in Alyssa and a black man in Kyland as his nominees, but he ultimately got rid of Travis, so that ended up working out okay for him. With Frenchie leaving next and Brent in the crosshairs for next week, it'll be three white males out in the first three weeks. (Assuming things work out as planned and Brent doesn't win HOH.) Frenchie will be claiming credit for that on social media.

Frenchie's going to be shocked when he gets out and finds out how well prepared Claire, Tiffany, and Sarah Beth were to play the game. He went in assuming he was the BB wizard only to find out he was outplayed pretty quickly by people who know BB even better than he does.

Kyland handled his HOH very well. Unlike Frenchie, he hasn't assumed his side will win everything from here on out and never be out of power. He's stayed in the good graces of pretty much everyone in the house and no one seems to be actively targeting him. (Brent, Whitney, and Britini are pretty much queued up for eviction in the coming days/weeks.)

We have a flirtmance/showmance gaining steam with Alyssa and Christian. Alyssa spends most of her nights draped over Christian. So much so that Christian inadvertently slapped her in the face the other night while sleeping. Oops! Alyssa refuses to have sex in the house however due to the cameras. (For now at least. That could change in the near future.) Their showmance will get them in trouble before too long. There are too many good BB players in this house to let a showmance go on for too long.

Britini will be very upset when she gets out and finds out they didn't air her POV speech last night. She spent days preparing her speech and rehearsing it endlessly only to have BB not air it. Oh well, she'll get to have another performance tonight on live TV with her "Don't vote me out speech" that can't be edited out.

We have a show tonight! On tonight's show, we'll see the aftermath of the POV ceremony, Frenchie desperately looking for a super power to keep him in the house. Britini wasting time campaigning to the house to keep her even though she's at absolutely no risk, and finally the live vote to oust Frenchie. Then we'll get the new HOH comp, likely something pretty simple as there was just a short lockdown to set it up. Then a new week will start with Brent as the big target with no one really wanting to keep him.

An HOH win by Derek F, Brent, or Britini could alter the dynamics in the house as Britini and Derek F would likely seek vengeance for Frenchie, while Brent insists two women have to be nominated since two guys have left. I don't think Brent has a clue how much he's at risk right now, so I'm not sure how hard he'll compete for the HOH. His three teammates are all planning to throw the HOH to anyone else to get rid of Brent. Britini would like to win HOH to avenge Frenchie and also to give her center stage for a full week. Derek F would be a longshot to win in any type of physical or mental comp, but you never know. His case of HOH-itis might just rival Frenchie's if he won HOH, so that could be interesting.

Tonight will end Frenchie's BB story and he'll disappear from sight for a bit. We'll next see him on the finale when he's likely to be a bit more humble. (Assuming that's possible.) If he's smart he'll invent a new persona on social media and let the old Frenchie die. The Twitterverse is going to be pretty harsh on the old Frenchie account for a bit. He'd be smart to just delete that account and forget it ever existed. On to the next HOH and what new chaos awaits us. Kyland ran a near-perfect HOH. I don't expect that to happen again anytime soon.

It was hard to watch last night. Frenchie was like a hyperactive puppy who didn't know when to lie down and take a nap.

The POV comp was kind of fun though. Our little Derek X is quite a player!

It was no wonder that POV comp took forever. They had to dry everything off and refill all of the tanks before each player had their turn.

Tiffany has become tiresome. Britini is just needy and annoying.

Not bad choices. I think Tiffany might be overplaying a bit. Claire and Sarah Beth may outlast Tiffany. They're being more subtle.

I agree with you about Travis' look. I thought I saw a bit of Hawaiian or something similar in his features but I guess we were seeing something that wasn't there. He certainly was a cutie though.

Nothing against Alyssa but I wish she had gone instead of Travis. I think he was probably a recruit (not sure) and someone who was slower to warm up to the game. I also wish we had heard more conversation from him. He had a good grasp of the game and listening to him in exit interviews was interesting.

I have a feeling Alyssa and Christian are going to become a rather tedious pair to watch. I hope I'm wrong about that.

I agree about Derek X (love him!) but every time I look at him I wonder what made him use the veto on Kyland last week. Using it meant his best friend in the house, Travis, got sent home.

Kyland was in no danger of going home, in fact, the vote to keep him was pretty much unanimous. And, even with Derek making that stupid move Travis has agreed to give him a job in Hawaii. Not a bad deal for Derek and shows what a nice guy Travis is.

I like X as well. I'm not sure if I like his game play or just like looking at him.

I don't agree about Tiffany though. I think she's awesome and she did a great job with Ky's hoh, lol.

Britni...I agree, and it has nothing to do with her being on the spectrum. It's more like she's about as interesting as watching paint dry. I think she's safe for a couple weeks though depending on who wins the comp tonight.

I thought the show last night was pretty good. Watching them try to get that liquid into their pails was very funny.

I checked over on Jokers Updates to see the rankings and for once I agree with their top eight which makes it kind of fun.

They have them ranked in this order ~

Travis is #9 even though he's gone and they round out the cast with ~

Frenchie

Personally, everyone from Travis on down is good to go (home) as far as I'm concerned. My favorite in the bottom seven is probably Alyssa.

Anybody else have favorites they'd like to share?

Brent got knocked out on the first HOH comp question and everyone else smiled and relaxed. Xavier is the new HOH! That means Christian, Alyssa, and Sarah Beth are also safe. Brent's in big trouble! Xavier is a bit of a wildcard, but his team is on board with flushing Brent.

This should be interesting and a good chance to get to know X a little better. Hopefully he took a note from Frenchie's hoh and won't let it go to his head.

For those without feeds, I'm not sure what job X told them he has (maybe bartender?) but they seem to have caught on that he's actually a lawyer--or they at least suspect it to be true.

I notcied Hannah got some screen time last night, and she was shown in a commercial for BB that was on right before the show started. I like her so far. She seems nice and fun to be around.

When we were first introduced to the houseguests, I thought I would like Sarah Beth a lot. Then I read her bio...She hates butterflies, and wants to kill them all. I mean, who hates butterflies? That is too weird, imo.

I don't think I care too much for Alyssa or Christian. Alyssa talks bad about herself a lot. Is she insecure, or just wants to hear confirmations of how great she is by others. Christian is just boring, and his hair bothers me, lol.

Kyland and Derek X could be a dynamic duo. If they continue to be successful at comps, they could be a big threat to the others' games. I like both of them.

I am wondering what Xavier will do as HOH? I hope he has a good head on his shoulders, and isn't led astray. He hasn't shown much of his opionions at this time.

Has anyone seen Whitney without makeup on? I know she sells it, but she always seems so made up.

Both Big D and Britini sure talk a lot.

Whitney's makeup is weird. She's typically very, very shiny. It's an odd look she puts out there.

Xavier seemed to be trying to throw the HOH comp and accidentally ended up winning it. Oh well, those things happen. It should be a fairly easy week for him though as the house is pretty much united on who should go.

The big question is who goes up alongside Brent. Whitney has gotten fairly close to Xavier so he may not want to put her up which could be bad news for Britini (and us if we have to live through another week of her rapping her POV and eviction speeches.)

I sure do miss pop[big brother after dark].I got to know the houseguest quicker that way.Now it seems like we have alot of floaters,and according to you live feeders they are not that good,so how can we get to know them better?I read the jokers daily version on what is happening,but sure do miss the night time show.Also Gardenmans side of it.Thanks for listening.Tucka.

@lilybelle I think Hannah is cute too. Not that I'm big on showmances but it kind of seems like she & Derek X might like each other. They'd be a cute couple.

Sarah Beth seems so sweet but I'm not sure I can trust someone who hates butterflies, lol.

I feel like I might have seen Whitney w/o makeup but it might just be my imagination. I noticed in one of her dr sessions that she has really pretty blue eyes. She's definitely not a favorite of mine as a houseguest though.

@gardenman When you say Whitney has gotten close to X do you mean like when she's almost superglued to his body when they're on the hammock?

Final thought...X had an interesting look tonight with his shirt unbuttoned to his waist. Honestly though...I think the girls in the house should remove the buttons on all his shirts.

Watching the hoh comp I noticed how cute all the players are. And Whitney is really, really short!

And why is that I was so happy to see Frenchie leave but when he teared up it tugged at my heartstrings? Even so, I'm not sure I believed all his answers to Julie's questions.
