It almost looks like cheek implants that have gone bad. I would have almost not known her on the bottom photo!

WHY??WHy????Why??? Do women do this to themselves? I actually thought that this picture was a fake until I starting searching online. Can some wrinkles actually look worse than this?

That's very sad to see. She is a very beautiful woman. Her cheeks are definitely having some kind of problem, due to some work she must have had done. The top photo shows an odd contour to her cheeks as someone else noted, and the bottom photo apparently shows the surgical correction she attempted, which simply altered the location of the cheek implants on her face.

I wish her the best, regardless, and I hope that she is happy living her life.

Looks to me from the photo that she had work done on her nose, too. Looks noticeably smaller- not that it ever looked large.

I guess when you are considered to have a beautiful face seeing it age is more than some women can bear. I say don't spend so much time in front of the mirror. Live life!

Well maybe it got a tad bit to close during the lockdown last year. I read that Bruce and his new wife, their children and Demi and their children were all under the same roof in Idaho. It is great they can be close like that but from this photo Demi made a really bad choice somewhere. She looks terrible.

I never would have recognized her.

I always thought she was one of the most beautiful women. I don't know if that is from surgery or from a filler, but it looks awful. It changed the whole essense of her face

In the recent pic she looks like another actress. I don't know who it is but she's Latina I believe 🤔 Maybe that's what Demi was going for. Either way she is trying too hard.

That's sad. I remember she had some sort of overdose awhile back, and I think I also remember her admitting to having some mental issues like depression. Maybe she has self-esteem issues along with the pressure to stay beautiful as a actress.

@KingstonsMom Try it in front of a mirror.....ever your nose will look different. I think she also has a lot of contouring makeup on.......
