Shannon Beador’s ex-husband David Beador is expecting his first child with fiancée Lesley Cook, 36.

The former RHOOC husband confirmed this shocking news a day after Lesley hinted about being pregnant on social media.

On Instagram, Lesley posted about having a bun in the oven, writing, “You’re just a small bump” alongside a photo on an actual bun in an oven.

This will be her third child. I don't know anything about her though really.

I wonder if they've moved out already. I know realtors like for you to declutter & remove personal items but this looked fairly empty except for a few items. Most (if not all) of the fixtures are garish. I wouldn't be interested if I had that kind of money.

@shoptilyadropagain I also don't care for the finishes, and it is just way too big, I bet they hardly used a lot of that space. Too overdone for me........Wonder why they are selling?

@mousiegirl @sunshine45 . I am surprised, I wouldn't think that David would want any more children-to me he didn't seem that invested in the 3 he had with Shannon......I don't mean that he didn't care, I just mean he didn't seem Wowed by being a father-maybe it was because he was so miserable, but just a little suprised! Yes, watch this one be a boy! I bet Shannon is feeling a little upset by this, even if you are divorce it has to be a weird feeling!

I read that Lisa Vanderpump closed down Villa Blanca permanently but will try to keep her other places. She said something about the landlord not being willing to work with them is what lead to her decision in closing it.

@CANDLEQUEEN I wish her the best as well. At least she's wealthy and if something does happen with her businesses she probably does not need to worry about it. I think she's the type of person that enjoys being busy. I read that Ken wanted her to retire years ago.

According to something I read, Villa Blanca had been having financial problems for a few years due to a couple of lawsuits being filed. I seem to recall they had to pay damages on at least one of them.

I wouldn't be surprised if VB isn't the only restaurant that ends up closing for good.

@CANDLEQUEEN I know. Isn't that something?! I recall Gretchen not being able to pay her rent or credit card bills within the last year or so. She was being sued by I believe it was American Express. I can't help but wonder if she's still not spending beyond her means.

@colliemom4 She probably still is. I mean I am sure People Magazine paid her a pretty penny to feature the party, but still that is being very extravagant to not have money! Maybe she is hoping to get back on RHOC, now that Vickie and Tamra are gone! lol!
