Go like the wind! Hollywood icon Dame Olivia de Havilland is still riding her bike at age 104

The Gone with the Wind star was spotted out riding a tricycle this week.

As one of the last survivors of Hollywood’s Golden Age, she brought a bit of glamour to her outing – dressing up in an elegant white coat and skirt.

Actress Mia Farrow, 75, posted a snap of the centenarian, saying: ‘Happy Birthday Olivia de Havilland who turns 104 today – and apparently is still riding her bike.’

When one user commented on how ‘wonderful’ the picture was, Miss Farrow replied: ‘Truly wonderful! We needed some inspiration.’

British actress Miss De Havilland, who lives in Paris, starred in 49 feature films throughout her career in Hollywood

A delight. One of the many things I like about her is evident in this image. She sticks to her preferred style, no matter what others are doing. Therefore, her skirt, coat and cute flats or pumps for a breezy bike ride-- that's individuality.

My, but she looks so healthy and robust for 104. I like that oznell pointed out Ms. de Havilland's fashion choices. As one who often chooses a dress or skirt and top instead of trousers, I appreciate that she faithfully wears what she finds suitable and appropriate, as well as pleasing aesthetically.

ETA: Ms. de Havilland is certainly someone who has aged gracefully. I am in awe.

She's been living in France since the 50s. She has an amazing life. I'm surprised nobody made a movie about it.
