Yes, This is one of mine favorite shows. It is rather violent and raw but then again, I think this is what makes it so compelling and real. The actors are just wonderful. I cannot wait for the next season which I think starts in less than a week.

If anyone is looking for a new show to watch, please try this. I think you will be get into it.

Yes, one of my favorite shows, I even own it on blu-ray. We have about 6 weeks until season 3 starts.

You say next week it starts and the poster above says 6 week, which one? What station. Is it HBO, SHOWTIME, OR FX. I watched on my Kindle, so don't know. Thanks for answer in advance.

One of my favorite shows! Love the actors, the scenery and the hair/costumes of those days. Kind of a Downton Abbey, but way more violent and uncouth. Will be interested to see what will happen next...

I forgot that it was coming up so soon again. I really enjoyed watching this show, too.

I think that it's pretty intense and violent too, but like some of you have already said, that's how it was for them in those times.

Vikings is one well acted show and Rallo or Rollo (sp) can do most anything and it is OK with me. That is one fine looking barbarian! LOL The rest of the cast are very talented actors and actresses. The writers are doing a good job of depicting life as it was back then. I am also hooked.

I am only on Season 2 and have been binge watching since we are experiencing Antarctica in my part of the country. I love this show and the acting is fantastic.

I started watching and but stopped during season 2, I wanted them to do more about Athelstan but they didn't develop his character that much. Maybe this season

I am hoping they will. I've been watching all the short previews that have been narrated from his perspective.

He's the most complex and interesting character for me.

Though, of course Rollo is so incredibly smoking!

Rollo is definitely the best looking of the bunch, but I do love his brother's eyes!!

Did anybody watch last night's show - the first episode of the current season?? I wasn't thrilled - not enough of the principal story - mostly all fighting! Hope more will be rolled out in future shows. I do love seeing the picturesque landscapes in this show. What a gorgeous region!!
