Build an outfit with a $500 limit Real Housewives of Atlanta

Last episode , the Real Housewives of Atlanta attended a party where thr Theme was to wear an outfit that cost no more than $500 including shoes & handbag ! Wouldn't most women like to spend $500 on each of our outfits .

I could easily find a way to spend that $500 and end up with many outfits if you shop at the right places.

I didn't watch the episode yet but on Married to Medicine last night, they had to do something very similar. Not sure what the dollar amount was.

yes, this was on married to medicine last night.

i think the OP is mixing up the shows.

the dollar amount was $500......some barely made it and some were significantly under the $500 mark......some looked good, some just looked okay. cannot say that anyone looked terrible.

i actually enjoy married to medicine more than RHOA.

Thanks for clearing that up for me @sunshine45 . I don't watch MtM and I knew RHoA had not started yet and sure didn't remember this happening on any episode from past seasons.

For a party, I’m assuming the outfit has to be a step above what I might wear every day.

I’d say the handbag would be the priciest item, maybe at least $200, which leaves $300 to be split between shoes and clothing. This isn’t unusual.

I thought Toya looked like a hot mess. But then I think she generally does. That party and that woman going after Toya made zero sense.
