Unforgettable and THE Necklace

I record shows. I was just looking a the program Unforgettable and noticed the necklace that "Carrie Wells" was wearing. It looks to be a head of a horse, but I doubt that is it.

Has anyone noticed what is she wearing. It seems to be in all the shows.

I don't think it looks like a horse head. To me, it looks organic ... like, maybe, a chunk of opal or something.
