I stumbled upon it the other night by accident, so I DVRed it. Only saw the first few minutes, but will watch the rest when I can. Up until now, I hadn't even heard about it. I guess there will be 3 episodes. I read it's being referred to as an "arrogant vanity project," but I'm still kind of curious to watch at least the first episode.

I'm curious, too, about this show so I set to watch it. Looks interesting. I usually don't watch reality shows but I like Rob Lowe and will give it a try. Thanks for sharing. @qualitygal

@I like celery, No, it's just Rob Lowe and his two sons searching for some things he's been interested in since he was a boy. I don't think it's arrogant or vanity in it. (How I see it anyway).

It must be nice to be able to live out your childhood wishes. Lowe has always been interested in searching for answers to mysterious things. Takes money to do this kind of thing...eh?

I know, but a couple of the reviews I read mentioned "vanity project" to mean something that has minimal value, produced from someone who has a lot of money. It's sometimes seen as self-serving and arrogant.

It's a sweet concept for a someone to be able to record adventures with their 20-something sons, and turn it into a limited tv sereis, but it helps when you are a celeb actor with a lot of money. I can kind of see where the reviewers are coming from, but I'll still watch the episode I recorded.

I read about it in People magazine. I just haven't had a chance to watch it yet.

I don't think (based on the pictures) they are as good looking as their Dad. I never thought his wife was pretty, they look more like the wife to me. Just my opinion.

I've watched 2 episodes...: it's on around noon on Saturdays too. Rob got all the looks in the family. His boys seem like smart well-rounded guys...one is at Duke and the other Stanford.
