What do you think of new series "Reckless?"

I was set to blow it off, but then got a look at that dreamy detective and thought I would give it a few more tries. I am liking it more and more, it has even made me cry twice (and that never happens to me with TV shows).

And isn't the Latino guy a former character on "CSI: Miami?" I didn't watch that show much, but I think so.

I watch this one too and like it! Wish the detective (Adam Rodriguez ) could tell his lawyer girlfriend that he's working undercover!! But I think the two lawyers will end up together!

I did not see your post and started a new one. I really like the show and love that it is set in one of my favorite cites. I am kind of sick of all the New York and Boston shows and glad for something with a southern flavor. I have never watched the CSI shows but plan to watch the New Orleans one. Also the stories are interesting on reckless.

The title confused me I almost did not watch because of the title..

But it is interesting and I would call it another show about Lawyers in another

region of the States.

I watched the first two and one-half episodes then stopped. I think I would have liked it better if they had left off the whole LeeAnn character and her story line. I also get annoyed when I see professional women dressed in sky-high heels and tight dresses while the men wear appropriate suits.

This really bugs me too, especially with the female medical examiners on TV (e. g. Motive, Body of Proof, Rizzoli and Isles).

Ford....I like this.... the characters are interesting.... I don't like the guy who played on CSI Miami's character.... I know he was supposedly undercover..... but to watch a girl drugged and raped.... that is morally not something I could not do. The "bad" cop is someone I just want to slap the sh****t out of.... he is so arrogant. I guess every show has to have one arrogant character.

Marsha.... I think there is a lot of harassment in the police department.... the boys will be boys mentality.... and I think Lee Ann got caught up in it with her hubby serving in the military.... as to how women dress, I say let them dress in whatever they want to.... or maybe there are expectations?

i like it for a fun, easy to watch summer series. there is nothing else on, sundays, in the summer. she's a little to glammed up for the hot, humid weather.

Every time I watch this show, something makes me cry. It's a good show . . . but making me cry watching a TV show is not easy. This time it was when her brother rejected her after all she has tried to do for him, and then when they finally make peace, he leaves anyway.

Next week's episode looks good. She is kissing Roy finally! He is just too gorgeous for words.

Ford..... some things touch me deeply also.... I cry during Mr Holland's Opus.... have you ever seen that movie? One of his pupils becomes governor and then has such beautiful words to say about him.... I could understand that a man who had been rejected by his family would have walls up and not be ready to accept someone who claims to be his sister reaching out to him. I was sad that when she took him home he left.... I hoped they would work on their relationship.

I did too . . . and maybe they will. We have estrangement in our family, very close to me. So anything like that just sets me off.

I don't think I ever saw Mr. Holland's Opus, although I have heard of it. Was Richard Dreyfus in that movie?

I tend not to like soap opera type dramas, which this is. But this one sucked me in.

The setting is beautiful isn't it? I love that city!

I've always been a fan of Shawn Hatosy, the arrogant bad cop! Something about him always draws me into his character. He was also a cop in one of my favorite shows that TNT cancelled "Southland".

I cried too when the brother left, I had hoped they could catch up and find forgiveness and friendship. I'm no fan of soap opera type shows either but I like lawyer-based shows and this one keeps me coming back.
