Gotham Season Finale

I think I may be the only one here that still watches the show. I watched the finale last night (it's returning in the fall on it's new night Thursday). I'm wondering if this show was on the bubble and was a last minute reprieve? The finale was jammed packed, a few deaths, people left in peril, one left, and two on their way to being the characters we know from the D.C. Comics. The episode in my opinion could have easily been a series finale. It will be interesting to see how the writers write themselves out of the corners!

I'm still watching, but I'm getting a little tired of it. It's so dark every episode. And, I can't really feel anything for the characters. They just jerk them around. Dead. Not dead. Dead. Not dead. Gone. Back.

My husband is still a weekly viewer, but did mention that quite a few characters met their demise in last night's finale.

@deepwaterdotter, a show like this, someone may not be dead for good, they come back!

At the end of the finale, they showed the "new" villians that will be introduced next season. The announcer also confirmed the show will be back in Fall 2017.

I enjoyed the finale. Bruce finally found his "destiny."

Butch is still alive. He was shown at the end in a hospital bed w/a bandage around his head.

Riddler is not dead either. Just frozen. He'll be thawed out by season 4.

Did you notice "Cat Girl's" new sexy outfit & hair style towards the end testing out her new accessory?

@Mz iMac, Fish has more lives than anyone, it's possible she'll be back. Selina is getting her training in becoming Cat Woman. Riddler will somehow be thawed out! As for Barbara, she's too much fun to not have around. Also I thought the character of Jim Gordon was married to Barbara, unless this show is not really a prequel to the movies and other TV show that were to come. Lee I could do without, I hope we don't see her again. I knew the person that saved the couple and son (which was just like Bruce and his parents) was Bruce. He also is Batman in training, he'll get a way cooler costume in the future!
