I recently watched some movies on Netflix that I thought were good that I wanted to share. They aren't the big budget type films, just good stories, about relationships, that I enjoyed and wouldn't have watched or known about if not for finding them on Netflix.

The Way - Martin Sheen and Emilio Estevez (also directed) - about a father who completes his son's journey on the Camino de Santiago in Spain after his son dies.

The Face Of Love - Annette Bening, Ed Harris, Robin Williams - After her husband dies, she meets a man who looks exactly like her deceased husband. I thought is was creepy and interesting and totally enjoyed the movie

Mothers and Daughters - Susan Sarandon, Sharon stone, Courtney Cox, Selma Blair, Christina Ricci, Mira Sorvino - about mother and daughter relationships, and the stories are interwoven.

I also came across a bunch of Hallmark-type Christmas movies, and they probably did originate as TV movies, but I thought they were better than the recent holiday offerings.

@chickenbutt A few years after her husband dies, she goes back to the art gallery she liked, and sees her husband's double, so she kind of stalks him to arrange an "accidental" meeting with him. She doesn't tell him of the resemblance and doesn't let her friends meet him either. She seems so normal but sometimes she confuses him with her husband and doesn't realize she is doing it. Of course, eventually her secret comes out and has an impact on the relationship.
