Anyone else hooked on "Snapped"?

This is totally my type of show. I love reading true crime books, and "Snapped" is equally addictive.

I LOVE THE NARRATOR'S VOICE/STYLE!

Anyone else enjoy this show?

Not me. But it's on so much that you can't help but watch it sometimes. Hard to believe that all day on a Sunday, they show real life murder stories. It could make one paranoid of your spouse or significant other. If your spouse gets a big life insurance policy on you, look out. If your spouse is unhappy with you, look out. You might get killed so he/she can marry the new lover. Too much for me, lol.

My husband is. I can't stand that narrator's voice. He watched a marathon over the summer and it was depressing and repetitive.

Yes, I watch Snapped, the ID channel, Cold Case Files, etc. Husband thinks I'm nuts.

I'm with you. Also my heart goes out to the victim's families. It's such a stretch of my imagination that people will kill for money, and less.

I used to watch when I had cable - it is the best! Now I watch Dateline, 20/20 and 48 Hours - love murder mysteries! But if I were on the jury of these cases, I don't know what I would do!

Yes. I also watch ID. Often people are killed for their life insurance just as being a beneficary of life insurance makes one a prime suspect if that person is murdered. So, it's foolish to be the one whose life is insured or the beneficiary.

snapped is one of my favorite shows. i get how there is a fine line between good and evil plus how far a woman can be pushed before she snaps.

Love Snapped, been watching for years! It use to be only on Sundays but now they have shows on Friday & Saturday nights, love the Killer Couples shows, too!

I also love Sharon Martin's voice. She and Peter Thomas (RIP) are my two favorite narrators. They both make all the difference, IMO.

I watch Snapped and Snapped: Killer Couples. I wish the second one had Sharon as narrator but, alas, it doesn't.

I've probably seen every episode (some more than once). Seems like every time I tune in, they are reruns. Have they started a new season?

My biggest complaint relates to an episode filmed in Kentucky--one of the few where the woman who supposedly "snapped" was found not guilty and the husband's death was claimed to be a suicide by her defense. Having read about the case, I was excited to see it presented on Snapped, but disappointed to see it was told through the viewpoint of her attorneys. Most locals who really knew the couple weren't asked to participate and many think she got away with murder. It's been a while since I've seen that episode, but I remember walking away thinking they left out key evidence and wished they had presented more of the prosecution's side.

*SNAPPED & all it's counterparts ADDICT!*

Seen every episode. My Sunday guilty pleasure. And to the OP that asked, new episodes are every Sunday at 9.

There are a few women presented on SNAPPED! that have gotten away w/murder. ~~Reason why my S.O. gives me the *side eye* when I start taking notes.~~

I used to watch it, but I swear....that one hour show could easily be condensed to a 30 minute one. They repeat, repeat, repeat, and it made me crazy!

I love Snapped and the narrator's over-the-top narration. "But was it an accident...or was it...MMURRRRDDDDERRRR?!?!"

But my favorite true crime show is Forensic Files. Peter Thomas was probably the best narrator of all time and some of the stories are just fascinating. Snapped isn't as interesting because you go into it knowing who did it. I used to have a huge interest in true crime and unresolved mysteries although it has reduced. My MIL got me into all these true crime shows and it was actually how we first bonded.
