SEE RIZZOLI & ISLES 8/15?

Did you see this episode Tuesday 8-15 ... title of episode For Richer or Poorer?

If so. who was the actress that played Maura's ex mother in law? This woman looks so familiar, but I googled this tonight and am not finding the guest cast for this episode.

BTW, this is the 10th episode .... and there are a total of 13 in this final season.

I saw in the opening list of guests Jo Beth Williams was one of the guest stars. She might have been the one to play Tilly.

Yes, Sasha Alexander is married to Eduardo Ponti son of Sophia Loren and Carlo Ponti.

If JoBeth Williams was listed in the credits (I stupidly deleted the episode before checking), I'm positive it was she who played Tilly the ex mother-in-law. Usually when I want to know something like this, I go to Google.They plus IMDB refuse to say played Tilly. Why the big secret I have no idea! I have been all over the ****** internet and I can't find the answer. Nor can I watch this episode again until next Monday.

tinkrbl44, there are so few shows on tv that I follow religiously, and this is one of them. therefore I'm heartbroken that it's their final season 😢

Yes! I remember reading this a long time ago and Sasha commented briefly on her MIL on a talk show last year.

Sigh ..... I will miss this show. It will probably be in syndication next year .... the earlier shows had Lee Thompson Young, who died somewhere around the 3rd season.

One of the few shows I still watch. By the Fall probably nothing left for me. New programs are too violent for me and lack the great stories of the past programs now in reruns. Love Leverage and wish it could come back.

Yes, that was Jobeth Williams but if i hadn't seen her name in the credits, I would've have recgonized her. I, too, will really miss this show, it's a great ensemble cast. Maybe it will stream on Netflix at some point and I can see the ones I missed! I have found some really good shows on Netflix that I missed the first time around.

@Tinkrbl44 I mentioned this in another thread a couple of months ago. The real life death of Lee Thompson Young who played Frost left a void for me on the show which was a surprise because until that happened I just considered him to be a part of an excellent ensemble cast. I have continued to watch. On an episode a couple of weeks ago Jane and Vince mentioned that they still miss Frost. I always appreciated how they handled his death on the show by not replacing his character or writing him off and never explaining what happened to him. I like that they have found additional interests for the two lead characters. Maura has started working at her mother's clinic and seems to be enjoying interacting with live patients and Jane enjoyed her guest stint at the FBI so much that it looks like she is planning on taking the job that was offered.

@bonnielu ION has marathons of Leverage on Sundays so I usually catch a few episodes. Another show that was cancelled but I thought still had a few remaining episodes was Perception. I really liked that one also.

I really liked Perception as well and miss it.

I've recorded all of this season's Rizzoli and Isles episodes and I told my son to be sure to absolutely NOT delete any of them. The most I keep of any show is 5 episodes but I want the whole last season of this at least for a while.

They are doing a great job wrapping things up. The writers actually put some thought into the last season. What a novel approach! Wish some other shows had tried it.

Btw if any one wants to watch and/or tape any episodes from this season, they are showing all of them starting Monday morning, Labor Day, and concluding with the final one at the regular time.

@CaryH I really liked Perception a lot too, was so sorry to see it get canceled. Eric McCormack was so good in that role.
