Anyone watching Lifetime Movie Network Series "Blue A Secret Life"

This is a continuing series with 2 one-hour episodes every Friday Night. Stars are Julia Stiles, and Kathleen Quinlan as her mother.

Not sure how I feel about the quality of acting on the part of Julia Stiles, but definitely an unusual role for her. She is single mother with a daytime career, and works as a call girl part time.

Unusual but interesting.

I've been watching this one. Not sure, yet, how much I like it.

But I tuned in because it was Julia Stiles.

I haven't watched this week's episodes yet.

I watched the first episode & was . Now if this kind of story line was on HBO, Starz, Showtime, etc., my interest would have been piqued.

I really enjoyed Starz "The Girlfriend Experience."

This was originally a web series 4 years ago. From what I've read, the episodes being shown on Lifetime are the very same episodes previously shown online, There were 3 seasons. I saw one of the web episodes when it first launched, but never really got into watching it online. I've always really liked Julia Stiles, though.

hooty, I have Dish Network here in Chicago and Episodes 1 & 2 are available On Demand. Also, Episodes 3 thru 6 are being repeated starting at 7 AM Central Time tomorrow (Sunday 7/24) on Lifetime Movie Network Channel.

Not sure if you have Satellite or other sources for programming. Can only suggest you check your local listings. Otherwise, Episodes 7 & 8 will be airing next Friday Evening.

OMG, did anyone else watch the two episodes of this last night? They were so good and great to see Eric Stoltz, haven't seen him in years! I was really involved and did not want the episodes to end!

I am totally confused. Last night the same episode aired twice. There is no indication in my on screen guide that the show is airing next Friday. Does not seem like the end of the series. Hate when there is no explanation that next episode will occur in 2 weeks or something like that.

I too love seeing Eric Stoltz in this series, and seems like there is something between them. Have a feeling though that her choices will interfere with anything really transpiring betweeb his character and Blue.

Really got into this show.

@LogoFan, I am so into this series, and I think I have fallen in love with Eric Stoltz, LOL! I was so disappointed when they played the episode twice, I even watched some it! This just cannot be over and leave us hanging!

I think "Arthur" was asking her all the questions about her services and how long she thought she would continue to see if she would stop and only see him! Their chemistry together is so great, and I think showing the scene with him & his kids and a woman, perhaps telling them his wife's body has been found, so that leaves him free!

I haven't watched the current episode yet, but I checked and my Tivo only picked up one episode for last night.

I also looked ahead and there is nothing coming up so I guess this is the end of the season.

What I have been wondering is why they aired two one-hour episodes every week, up to this one. Anyway, I like the show and hope it comes back. I figure it's probably a limited series, however, as I would imagine this is the kind of thing that cannot stay secret forever.

@LogoFan I think you saw my previous post, which mentioned "Blue: A Secret Life" was originally a web series from 3 or 4 years ago, and Lifetime is airing the same exact episodes that were previously online. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that Season 1 has 12 episodes, Season 2 has 26 episodes, and Season 3 has 4 episodes. I haven't been watching, but it sounds like if Lifetime was airing 2 episodes a week, they've come to the end of Season 1. If Lifetime has had good ratings, I'm guessing they'll show Seasons 2 and 3 at later dates.

If you can't wait on Lifetime, check Amazon. I know season 1 is available on Amazon, but I'm not sure about the other 2 seasons. (Hulu and Netflix may have it too?). And it's still on Youtube, as well. HTH

I tried to do some research on this series and if I am understanding what I read, Friday night's episode was the end of Season 1 ...... I cannot believe they just left us hanging, and it is unclear if LMN has picked up Season 2! The series is not on Netflix, because I checked, you can buy each series of Season 1 on Amazon for $2.99 each! If anyone has anymore info about this, please post!
