I would love it if Michelle Stafford was ready to come back and play Phyllis and part of me thinks that's what they are waiting for. But it didn't seem like she wanted to go back ever when she left. I miss her and think she's one of the finest actresses on daytime TV. But I miss Phyllis too and wish they would hurry up and cast the character and bring her back. She's the only interesting female on Y&R.

I just posted some things about her on another post here. I like her a lot but I don't think she's coming back until her show takes a major fall. Her internet show. It is bank rolled partly by John Travolta's wife.

I don't think Phyllis will be coming back anytime soon. My reasoning is because of yesterday's show. At the end of the show they showed Jack looking at Phyliss's picture and it was Michelle Stafford in the pic. If you heard or read anything after Michelle left you pretty much know she doesn't plan on coming back. I think if the character was going to come back anytime soon they wouldn't have shown Michelle's photo as Phyllis.

Also, Jack's going to become involved with Kelly. They'll eventually fall madly in love and decide to get married. But before that can happen Jack will have to come to grips with the fact that Phyllis is not going to recover. As slow as the story lines on the show are progressing these days that could be a very long way away.

Phyllis will probably show up on Jack's and Kelly's wedding day. LOL

Michelle Stafford says she is not coming back. She has developed The Stafford Project and it is quite good.
